We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe property was old and seriously in need of renovations. One set of very old towels wasn't much considering they had to serve as pool towels and room towels. The towels were clean but they were old and thin. We drove off thinking we stayed at a Motel 6 quality hotel for a much higher price. Up to $150 would have been fair. $217 all in was a bad value.
The room was clean. The pool was basic but clean and refreshing.

United StatesExtremely thin walls. Our room had a door in the wall to the adjoining room. People talking at normal volume could be heard as if they were in our room. Fortunately management were very obliging and moved us the the room closest to the street. Traffic noise was very bad but better than people talking. Also the shower head was extremely difficult to manipulate. I couldn't stand under a shower with the water coming out at boiling point for 5 minutes before figuring out how to move the shower handle to the colder side as the mechanism was so old.

United StatesThe sheets had hairs everywhere, on the pillows as well. The entry light switch did nothing so had to feel your way to another area to get light. The tub had hair in it as well, the floor by tub had junk in the large gap where it met the tub. There was no tub stopper, inconvenient. The curtains by the sink were filthy, possibly blood. The box frames, oh my god, should be burned! So disgusting.

This is the 3rd time that I stayed at this location. The 1st time the toilet paper holder was missing and the bathtub looked like it was going to fall through the floor. I have pictures. The next 2 times the rooms were better.

AustraliaThe room is in desperate need of a facelift and plumbing upgrade. There is a very bright light on the patio that can not be turned off and the blackout curtains don't completely black out. So if you like to sleep in a very dark room, this is not going to work for you.
The facility is conveniently located in beautiful Fallbrook and is priced for the budget-minded traveler.

United StatesWe paid a very reasonable price and didn't expect a luxurious room, but the bathroom was very old, the fixtures didn't work properly, as covered with lime, and the water was dripping. We told them the first day about the water dripping. They didn't fix it, and it got worse, much worse.

United StatesThe microwave didn’t work very well. Taped together. The shower didn’t work very well. Most of the water came out of the bottom even after turning the knob to the shower. The fan, air conditioner worked well but it was very loud. Glad I had ear plugs.The walls were thin, could hear neighbors talking and upstairs sounded like horses walking across the ceiling. They only do room service after you leave, so after first day only got coffee if I asked. Not sure I would return. Probably check out other hotels in the area first.
It had a nice pool. Lovely view. Quiet. Seemed to be well-maintained. I had a patio off of room 57, Which was nice because it gave an airy feel to the room. Would’ve enjoyed having a potted plant and some flowers though.
