The bathroom door in our room jammed and I could not get out without it being open from the outside, so someone needs to fix the bathroom door in room 618. Thanks so much.

The toilet was awful and took several flushes just to get paper down. The AC unit didn’t circulate well and although the temp was set to 67 at night, we kept waking up hot (maybe it was something about the blankets?) but it was very cold within a few feet of the AC. Parking was $18 per day but reset at midnight, so we ending up paying mid-$20s each day. It also reset each time we entered and left. It would be nice if parking could be paid by the day ($18 and no more) at the desk with a barcode to scan in and out of the garage throughout the stay so that no more than the daily rate would be charged.

The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable (although a bit small). Location was fantastic; right on King Street with plenty to do within walking distance. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room had a Smart TV and I was able to cast directly to the TV from some of my phone apps (Netflix, Amazon, etc). There was a mini fridge that we used to keep our bottled waters.

the hotel is an old landmark hotel and u mainly feel it with the very slow elevators and the small undated bathroom. the drapes in the room need an update as well.. very old decor.

good size room with a comfortable bed. central location with a starbucks at the street level.

Bathroom was tiny, but given the year it was built- it was cute Parking is insane!!!! When booking, info provided was $20/day.. there’s a parking garage that says $2/hr with max of $18 “per day”.. (new charge when you come and go)..they failed to mention that “per day” means 12hrs, not 24.. valet on site was $40/day but you could come and go as you please

Rich in history.. grand lobby.. free cookies and fruit infused water.. Starbucks attached.. comfortable mattress

Two main things detracted from our stay - the elevators are very slow, and packed. Only 2 of 3 were working while we were there and we were crammed in like sardines. The bathroom was also the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Too small to get dressed in with the door closed after a shower. TINY. And old feeling. The rooms also have a bit of an “old” smell to them.

Great, central location. Close to much of what we wanted to see, very walkable area right across from the park. Room was good sized, bed was comfy.

Here for our 25th anniversary. Perfect location to walk anywhere. Nice inside. Spacious room on corner so could see views of water from both sides. Food at Swamp Fox for breakfast was amazing.

Elevators take minimum 10/15 mins to arrive. When checking out with luggage we waited 20 mins for elevators but eventually dragged out engage down the stairs. Met a member of staff who advised the elevator issue has been ongoing further years.

Good location at end/beginning of Jung Strret. 25 min walk to French quarter.
