The breakfast not being included in the price. Fitness center is a little bare . Rooms on the street side are noisy.

Room was clean and comfortable . They have those smart thermostat that make the AC unit very quiet. Beds were a little soft to my taste but comfortable

The shower was broken and we had to move rooms this took some time to organise far longer than it should have . And we were then late going out for an evening meal , the hotel gave us a 10$ voucher as a sorry which we felt was not even close for the inconvenience of having to move rooms and then missing our evening reservation. The least they could have done was comp us a meal

Missing a bath towel, called housekeeping and front desk—no answer. Went to front desk, someone came with more towels than we needed. Free breakfast required a voucher, which wasn’t given to us. Had to go to the front desk again to get it.

Parking availability was horrendous at 5:30 in the afternoon and only became worse! The pocket door leading to the bathroom was not plumb and very difficult to close. Breakfast offerings that should be hot were cold.

The pool area was mediocre. No real effort there. Jacuzzi was not full and the water was shooting upward and in your face. Had bugs and leaves in it. We ordered food and that was also mediocre. Phone in room didn’t work. To order food you cannot call the restaurant but instead have to order at the bar.

It was clean and close to the airport. Staff were nice and the bar was nice.

My safe wasn't working & my toilet was running when I entered my room. I called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. The rooms hold have been in perfect shape when I arrived. Your housekeeping staffs responsibility to make sure all your rooms are in working properly before your guests arrive. Parking was not made for your handicapped patrons. There was a private party in the lower level so I was unable to access it. It was pouring all weekend and the climb up to the front doors is on a fairly steep hill for me.

I was under the impression that my room included a free breakfast however when I went down to eat and saw the food, I became a bit leary about it being free. I was unaware that I could ad it to my stay when I booked it for less than half of what I paid, which didn't make me very happy. My waffle, a few pieces of bacon, fruit & an OJ cost me $17. If I paid in advance I believe it was only $7. There were several other patrons of the hotel, who were under the same impression that I was. They started to get plates when the lovely waitress asked what they wanted to drink. They thought it was included and when told the price, walked away. Had I realized before I got my plate, I would have done so, myself. It was a beautiful set up meal and the area was nice, but to pay that much for a waffle was ridiculous!
