It started with transportation from the airport. First we could not get anyone on the phone. Then when we finally got through it took forever. The transportation guy was great, but ease of systems was not. It was subpar. I didn’t like that was no stairs access in the building. The building seems a little run down.

Location was great. Was expecting better breakfast. There was no coffe in night. Bus driver took more than 20 minutes to pick upbat airport had to call reception 3 times. Hotel little pricy.

There is a lot of upkeep that needs to be done. The elevator is amazingly slow, our refrigerator did not work, and our TV did not work so we had to get moved to a different room. The evening front desk staff was not at her post numerous times when I was needing to call to inform them ofthings not working properly. Unfortunately, this happened multiple times and the girl was never there.

- Unfortunately, the hotel is dated. - Carpeting in rooms are worn. - You can tell that the face basin over time has not been cleaned well. I had to do some scrubbing to rid it of a film of dirt that shouldn't have been there if regular cleaning was taking place.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The only positive aspect was the cleanliness of the room; it was impeccably clean. However, I had to switch rooms three times during my stay, which was incredibly frustrating. The first two room changes were due to doors that wouldn't close properly, compromising security and privacy. The third room change was necessary because the shower was not functioning, leaving me unable to take a shower.
