Wi-Fi wasn’t working well in the apartment we stayed at, we asked for a repair but it still didn’t work. Also, we had some cleaning problems. The apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Dirty floor and bathrooms. On our last day of stay, we had the misfortune of the kitchen sink clogging up and sewer came up the drain.

Good apartment that has everything you need. Located close to grocery stores, diners and restaurants. Just 5 minutes drive from the Vineland Outlet. Beds are comfy and the staff was very friendly.

I would give it a 10/10 rating if it wasn't for the smell of my room. It smelled terrible like dog pee. I brought it up to the supervisor they sent housekeeping but the smell only got worse. It was very unpleasant.

The property was in a great environment loved the area. The staff are nice. We enjoyed our time at the pool ordered some drinks from the bar. Bathrooms are spacious.

It was a rocky start. first my room wasn't ready til after 5 and when I got in my room one of the toilets was stopped up. Other than that my week was a good stay

Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. The room we had was clean and as described. Both pools were always open. We had an issue with the hot water not working in the second bathroom, but room maintenance fixed it within two hours.

I do wish the hotel rooms were a little more up to date. The appliances in the kitchen was old, but for the price of these rooms, you just can not beat it.

We had a very great experience. The staff was incredible. The view from the room was great. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Please keep up the great work. We will be back!

We were located near the main pool which had both its perks and drawbacks. We were close by but this also meant lights beaming through the windows at night due to the curtains not wrapping around the windows. Don’t waste your money in the game room, most of the toy grabs were just money pits, like many usually are and then some of the games would not work all together - it is a third party, we were told, who manages these and I would suggest to the property to look elsewhere. Also, the tub in the master, we didn’t use it but the jets look very old.

The location of the property to area attractions was excellent. We did not have to drive far for Disney or Universal. The three bedroom was spacious and clean. I am usually very picky about cleanliness and our room met our needs. You would think being close to the pool we would be overcome with sound but it was only faint and you didn’t hear footsteps and people staying all around you in our room, so we were able to enjoy some peace after a long day at the parks. Linens were provided, we just had to ask for more and having a stocked kitchen was a plus!

Quite low key escape from real Orlando life I’m local it was a quick getaway to relax and let my kids enjoy without lots of people.

I reserved a 3 bedroom for 6 people, and we only had 4 towel sets upon chrck-in. I called the front desk the first evening and requested an additional 2 sets. They never arrived. The next day, there was a bag of towels sitting by the elevators, so I asked the staff if we could get those, to which he agreed.

I liked the space, cleanliness of the suite and property, and the amenities were great.

There was not enough towels in the room the first night. However, after bring the matter to the attention of the customer service, towels were provided making the stay that much better.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile by the front desk staff. I want to acknowledge, Juan (Front Desk Staff/Customer Service Representative), displayed extraordinary customer service. In my opinion, Juan is a great asset to the company. Keep up the great work, Juan.

Kitchen could have been stocked a little more, especially for a 3 bedroom. It only have settings for 4 people. Floors could use a good cleaning.

The beds need to be updated and pillows. The food took a long time to wait for. I had to call to find out it was ready! They said they would call my room when it was ready! They didn’t call the lady seem to have an attitude when I called.

The room looked and smelled clean but after 5 min of walking without your shoes your feet became black. The floors were never cleaned prior to our check in. And the pillows were so tiny. Over it was still a good resort and I would rent again

The cleanliness of the rooms needs more attention, this clear when we left black footprints in showers. We stayed for 7 days and never had cleaning service, nor was any provided to at least self-clean, perhaps a clean every 3 days for long stays should be sufficient. AC ducts also needed cleaning and possibly a requirement to adjust AC services to separate rooms.

This is centrally a fantastic location, no more than 20 mins to either Sea World, Disney and Universal parks and 5 mins from Vineland Outlets for awesome shopping. The location caters for everyone, from the parks, shopping and culinary fans. Will definitely book here again for future vacations with my family. The rooms were pleasantly large and had a fully working kitchen without any issues while we were there.
