Our room was a bit small and there was no in-room refrigerator that we could locate.

Location was excellent, close to Zion National Park, central to many restaurants, shops and shuttle bus stop. The rooms were well maintained, quiet and comfortable. On certain evenings, they had different activities to attend. Reception area was large and had coffee, tea and fresh water for guests.

The only slight inconvenience was that parking tended to get tight during the dinner rush, but this was never a major problem for us.

Not only is Flanigan's located within walking distance of the entrance to Zion, the grounds are also wonderful. I loved the short hike up the hill in back, which led to their peaceful hilltop labrinth with great views of Zion Canyon. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We ate dinner at their restaurant, Spotted Dog, which was delicious, plus we enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the patio. I'd definitely stay here again!

2nd floor view was wonderful, also no stairs to reach that level. Forte tea. Short hike to reach scenic point. Sound proof room. Garden sounds soothing. Shuttle stop 3 to Zion super convenient. Quick walk to many great eateries.

Make sure you buy your alcohol before you come because they only sell in the liquor stores and sometimes it’s hard to find in the state of Utah.

We like the location. You can walk to the visitor center to start the shuttle service. Also you can rent e-bikes for the park in walking distance. The restaurant was only open for dinner but the ravioli was excellent. Order wine instead of cocktails because they don’t know how.

Pool loungers are often ‘booked’ in advance - there aren’t many of them so it’s not right that people can leave a towel and disappear for hours. Also, the surface round the pool gets unbearably hot and the bars leading into the pool are too hot to touch

That place!! I could write a novel about how much I enjoyed my stay. The lodge is a true gem. The staff the sweetest souls!! It felt like a „arriving as a guest, leaving as a friend“ kinda place. The rooms were super comfy and had many sweet extras, like complementary granola (the best!), yoga mats and so on. The walking meditation labyrinth is such a special place to be (also for stargazing!!). You have everything you need in walking distance - even the entrance to Zion National Park, so you basically can park your car and enjoy your stay. I could have stayed another week! And it’s still a (one of the very few) family-owned business - you can sense that!

The hot tub was not working the first day but fortunately it was running the next day. Lots of construction at the time but I realize it’s difficult to do that quietly. I’m sure the addition will be fabulous. I wish breakfast and lunch were available. Lots of restaurants were closed down in the area.

The main office smells heavenly and the staff was very welcoming. The property is just beautiful and close to the entrance of the park. It was easy to walk and access everything we needed. The pool was relaxing. I loved the yoga platform and meditation maze. I used my yoga mat at night to lie on the platform to stargaze. Dinner at Spotted dog was fabulous!

This place is a gem. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Our shower had an issue our first night and they came up right away to assess, and then had someone fix it first-thing the next morning. The room itself was beautiful, and the bed was really comfortable. There was construction going at the back of the property, right outside our room, but we didn't even notice because they only worked from like 9-5 and with the door closed you could barely hear it. The pool was great, with several seating areas in shade and sun. It's right across the street from one of the shuttle stops, and right around the corner from Zion Adventures, where we rented e-bikes and water shoes and sticks for hiking the Narrows. Just an excellent experience overall.

Very friendly welcome and incredible location for exploring Zion National Park. Two bedroom cottage had excellent facilities and deer roaming freely in the garden. Pool was conveniently located and had ample comfortable seating. A lovely stay.

Our unit walked out onto a construction site. Couldn’t park by unit. Construction obstructed view from patio and was otherwise ugly.

Comfortable rooms/beds for family of four. Beautifully maintained, lush green quiet oasis in Springdale. Small boutique feel. Great pool and hot tub. Loved the climb to maze, awesome star gazing from there, evening offerings on the deck. We did Yoga night. Fantastic!
