The hallways are dark with low ceilings and the staff was less than helpful.

Stayed at the resort for a weekend wedding. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful, hung out by the pool for several hours and had a great time. The rooms are old but well maintained. The bar and restaurant is good.

We always had a long wait for food at the restaurant. Both times we ate there it took almost an hour to get our food after we were seated and ordered. If you’re starving it may be worth just going to a nearby restaurant for a shorter wait. However, if you have the time, the food is delicious and it is worth the wait!

This place is great. The facilities and rooms are amazing. The pools are beautiful and every room had a nice patio or balcony. The resort is very comfortable. There are chairs and lounge areas all over the place to take a break and just hang out if you don’t want to sit in your room. The restaurant and bar inside the main lobby area have a great vibe.

The resort needs a freshen up. Sone more attention to cleaning and a fresh coat of paint could make it a lot nicer.

The only thing we could think of was there should be no mini bar in the fridge so we could of used it to keep some of our beverages cold like water or soda, the pillows were really flat.

We liked that it was close enough to old Town Scottsdale and walking distance to everything. It was really nice facility and the staff were nice. Bar area was kind of small but over all nice weekend for us.

The pools were full of debris the entire trip. One of the pools was closed for the day during the trip as well. This was rather disappointing as the larger pool was one of the reasons this resort was booked. Also I didn’t love that anyone could walk in through the lobby at anytime and have access to the entire hotel grounds other than the hotel rooms. Lastly, we had an early morning flight, and there was no one up at the front desk, which given the fact that the doors were all open, but no one was around was a little frustrating and disconcerting.

Wonderful location to everything in Scottsdale. The grounds of the hotel are also beautiful. The lobby and restaurant are gorgeous. Canal club food was delicious. The staff were all very polite and helpful.

The room was rather dimly lit. The pool area fills up so get there early! Not a huge fan of the kid friendly pool as it has sand and some debris from surrounding trees but that’s getting picky.

Lovely resort, and super comfortable beds. Great dining, pool, and fun entertainment. Nice for solo, family and friend or business travel. It is so pretty, and you can walk to the best dining and shopping in the city, or they offer a free shuttle. Nice walking or biking path close by along the canal if you like to exercise. Highly recommend, I’ve been coming here for years.

I had ordered a bottle of champagne to be in my room at arrival and it was not there as requested. I had to call down and have one delivered. I have also not received a final bill to make sure that I was not charged twice for this.

the Wifi didn’t work at all (not in the room or the lobby). Also the breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was mediocre.

The are complementary rides within a radios of 3 miles from the hotel which was great. The room was clean and specious. The lobby is very nice and the service was great.

This complaint is concerning Booking.com. We had to pay a daily $50 fee for Breakfast which we didn't want. We only had 1 breakfast there so we ended up paying an extra $100. The resort couldn't do anything about it because it was required through Booking.com. We were told on arrival to text the main desk if we had any questions or concerns. I texted twice with questions but never received any response. Calling the desk is difficult to get though a very long menu.

We arrived late at 9pm, when we went down to the bar restaurant area we sat down at a table in the bar area and for 15 min got ignored by two blond cocktails waitresses. One of them walked right by us 3 times with a crappy look on her face. We just left. It wasn't worth it...
