Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI had hoped to do a zoom presentation for work in my room, but there unfortunately isn't much of a desk set up in the guest rooms. They're comfy enough, and as I said, you can work from other parts of the house, but if you need some privacy while doing so it may not work out.
Faster wifi than you'd get at a generic hotel, cute home with nice people, lovely B&B like options and a focus on sustainable materials (and very high quality coffee provided!). Lovely common areas for working if that will work for you, relatively close to downtown but a little to far to walk (but short drive, also short drive to a lovely river walk!).

They had local organic products in the fridge for breakfast, and such as eggs and fruits! Comfy beds, the rooms were clean and colourful. You share the B&B with two other rooms, which was fine, no traffic in the bathroom ;).

You can tell that Flame and Raven have been hosting for a while, they have everything absolutely sorted! The guesthouse is equipped with anything you might need, and most things are plastic free and planet friendly which was a great bonus. We loved the space, the self-service very generous breakfast and the super quick response time. We would love to stay again if we come back to Virginia!

The hosts were very kind, the house was walkable to everything we wanted to do in town, and the food provided took care of our breakfast each morning.

Both hosts were so accommodating and went above and beyond expectations for our stay. From the moment we booked, they were communicative and wanted to ensure that we had the best and most comfortable time staying at their accommodation. Fairhaven is a lovely and very friendly place to stay, I liked especially the relaxed atmosphere eg the option to make one's breakfast with access to good facilities. Its emphasis on sustainability is great.

The breakfast food was wholesome and organic. The toiletries were all fragrance-free ;-). The location was quiet with easy access to downtown and the interstate. The hosts were welcoming and helpful.
