The toilet had a loose seat.The nut couldn’t be tightened any more because it was rusted. The toilet paper didn’t have a dispenser.

The breakfast was alright. The staff were friendly. Th e Place was fairly clean. The price was great.

I didn't need or request a handicap room, but that was what I received. However, there was no hospitality tray with an ice bucket or any plastic cups, as in NO CUPS anywhere! Also, no individual coffee pot in the room, but given the coffee available 24 hours in the lobby area, I guess that was okay. But I am a woman, and I wasn't going to go to the lobby in slippers and robe first thing in the morning, so coffee in my room would have been nice!

Breakfast location was correct. I don't always partake of breakfast, but I did have a coffee that was good!

Front desk/breakfast staff seemed to not want to be there, with the exception of a woman I believe to be the manager. No coffee maker in the room, that was disappointing. Light in room kept blinking out, I was told someone would come look at it but no one ever did. Pool has been closed for at least a year now.

Good location, near shopping centers. Breakfast was decent when it was stocked.

Needs a physical upgrade. Curtains had holes in them. I wonder the last time the carpet and chair upholstery were cleaned. No coffeemaker in the room.

Room was reserved 2 weeks ahead of time but they are renovating and room wasn't what I paid for.

They put me in a good room for the trouble and was very polite and courteous.

The building looked new, however the inside was in some cases not finished off-the materials looked cheap and even the elevator’s Sign about using the stairs was in bad condition. The upholstered chair in our room was so dirty and tilted that nobody would want to sit in.The curtains were at least a foot to too long- the carpet was not cleaned

Location was why we chose this Wingate. Also because Wyndham was attached, thought it would be quality. The lady at check-in was very efficient and pleasant.

Desk chair was not good, probably needs to be thrown out. There was a bit of debris on the floor behind the curtain. The bathroom fan was really loud. It probably was broken. The toilet seat moved around, needs work. The mattress slid around some on the bed. The mattress just sits on a metal platform with springs.

Price was ok, location good, staff exceptional, breakfast & staff exceptional. Room was something from the past. Chair upholstery cracked & unlevel. No towel rack. When asked for tissue they gave us paper towels. Only a third of a roll of toilet paper. Bed creaked with every move.

First night , no air , was given a fan. Helped but still uncomfortable.

When first checked into 1st room, the chair was destroyed, bed sheets had pubes in them, and the room smelled. Curtains were also falling off the rods. Had to be moved another room due to the condition of the 1st room.

The location, the comfort and price. Staff did excellent job of fixing issue discussed in what didn't like.

the rooms were not very clean, the workers were really being cocky about everything. I was not pleased as my children are not used to hearing that kind of stuff. Also we got a smoking room and all we could smell was pot, Maraijuana

Broken window in the room, it was very humid. Our hand soap disappeared, I suspect housekeeping may have entered to clean and forgot to replace it.

The shower was accessible but meant that the water spilled all over the floor when showering. The room was cleaned but there was dirty soap mark and dead fly stuck to it in bathroom. Long gross hairs under the shower curtain. outside doors and glass were dirty.

The breakfast. Since the pandemic, free breakfasts at hotels have taken a nose dive in quality. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed. I even brought my bathing suit. No light in the sitting area which I found strange.

The location was fine. I chose this hotel because of the price. It was quiet and the room was spacious.
