Nothing really. There was the tiniest bit of dust in the bathroom vent and around the base molding in the bathroom, otherwise the room was immaculate.

Very close to airport. Perfect for an overnight stay when flying out of RDU. Shuttle was provided and we were given a bagged breakfast to go since we checked out before breakfast time.

Breakfast options were very boring and it needed more fresh items. Internet is very slow and low bandwidth. Currently staff is instructed not to clean rooms during a guests stay, which is fine for a day or two but not for any longer than that.

Location is convenient to the airport and in between most major towns/cities. Staff is courteous and free parking for guests.

There was no hot water for the entire 4 night stay. Staff just shrugged their shoulders and never were at reception. You had to request to get your room cleaned.

The room cleanliness was okay (nightstand had drink rings on it). Several spots in the room and bathroom were damaged and hooks were missing. Towels were really rough and small (typical hotel quality). The mattress was awful - one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have slept on. I also was put in an accessible room which had no bathroom vanity to use for makeup or hair tools. The only outlet near the sink was covered with a mirror and unusable. I asked to be switched but was told the hotel was completely booked. There is a lot of plane noise with them flying overhead but you kinda get used to it. Also, the rooms are "updated" but still look about 15 years outdated.

The hotel offered easy check-in and a friendly staff. The free breakfast was popular and they had a few good options for a quick bite. I also liked the gym offering and setup, and the main lobby area was clean and inviting. There was ample parking and the area felt very safe and convenient to everything (despite a lot of construction going on in the area). The hotel itself was pretty quiet.

When I reserved originally reserved, I ordered 2 rooms together and was given the price that felt reasonable, but when we paid, we were charged that price for each room.

The airport shuttle was especially helpful as we arrived after midnight.

The automatic doors kept getting stuck at the entrance not allowing you to just walk in or out. The breakfast was very lack luster. The bananas were green with not even a touch of yellow ripeness. The executive sweet was disappointing. The walk-in shower was great to have but the overall from was not what I expected. The mattresses were firm and squeaked just from sitting on it. The sofa was dirty and uncomfortable. I would not have stayed if I was able to cancel.

The earth tones of the lobby furniture was very warm and inviting. The staff was very helpful and kind.

our air condition cut off about 10pm and we couldnt get it back on. The bed was so bad we could feel the springs and the people above us sounded like they were coming through the ceiling until 330am. we had to be up early so our night was terrible and we wont stay here again.

bacon could have been crispier. Room had been treated - for ?? they didn't tell me. However the bed near the window made me itchy ( I slept in the other bed and had the best night sleep ever; and I usually can't sleep in motel beds), as did the carpet (made me it) - now mind you, it all looked very clean - maybe it was what ever they used to "treat" the room that made me itchy

staff was awesome. Amenities were accessible and were professional grade, free breakfast, staff was awesome (can't say that enough!) I would stay there again.
