We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI had to call for a plunger on my first morning in my room, although nothing but toilet paper was flushed. My toilet almost overflowed, as if it was clogged? I plunged it, and it worked after that, but I had to call twice to get the plunger removed... it was still in the room when I returned on my 2nd night. I had to call for a new coffee maker on my 2nd day (first morning). I travel frequently, and am quite used to this type coffee maker. The machine turned out a half-cup of pale brown water on first try. I removed the coffee/tray, inserted a new one, and filled the water once again (just halfway), and now the coffeemaker was scalding hot to the touch, and the coffee poured out over the desk (almost hit my computer... good thing I didn't leave the room. Unplugged it, and needed a towel to touch it, remove it from the desk onto the floor. Called for new coffeemaker, and received one in a box... brand new. I primed/flushed it (using my own bottled water), and was able to make a few cups of coffee. I called for the broken coffee maker and the plunger to be removed from my room in my absence, as well as to have my coffee supplies replenished, but neither of these things happened in my absence that day. I called again on my 3rd day at the property to have the items removed, and room was refreshed upon my return on that 3rd day.
Location perfect, and front desk staff friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who worked the Night Desk, who helped me enter the building, and made each encounter with him very pleasant and professional. Other staff members were equally as friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable.

United StatesI had a roon that had a couch and tv and then a bed and TV between these two room was a sort of thruway which had a bridge like gap over it. I noticed that I was having some lung throat irritation (not horrible but noticeable) The top of that bridge had huge amount of dust bunnies literally inches worth. The rest of the room was clean.
The front desk guy was extremely nice even though he was clearly working understaffed. The person working the breakfast was also very nice.

United StatesToilet leaked in two of our rooms, tub/shower locked in shower mode, windows very thin could hear traffic outside. Staff needed budging to fill food up as breakfast was not over.
It was convenient to the start of the marathon, but Milford is definitely not a pedestrian friendly city. Your place was clean. If you can tell Milford - they need sidewalks and pedestrian crosswalks. Your snack prices were very reasonable.

United StatesI know because of the pandemic hotels don’t usually offer fuller breakfasts, so the grab and go bags with muffins and yogurt were just ok. I was hoping for a hot breakfast. Also I was surprised that so many customers in the hotel weren’t wearing facial masks.
Great price, they asked our preference for which floor, spacious and comfortable room and friendly staff. Glad they had an indoor pool. Cool color schemes and patterns in the hallways.
