Misbooked a single king instead of 2 doubles. Hotel did not have rollaway beds. They did accomodate with extra blanket and pillows though. Made the best of it.

Room was clean. Pool was nice for family time. Breakfast area was clean and plentiful. Staff was friendly.

I honestly don't remember this hotel too much because I was in town for a cousin's wedding and it was a busy weekend; however, I remember the hotel being clean and in a convenient location.

Sofa bed should have been on another wall so you could pull it out and still be able to get to the bathroom. Pool was also out of order, which is a big let down for our son.

The staff at this location were all very friendly and accommodating so that was really nice. I did not expect too much from staying at a Fairfield Inn, it is not a 5 * resort so if that is what you are expecting, you should check yourself. But, for what it is, it's nice and gets the job done. Again, the staff were the highlight. All very friendly, and welcoming! This hotel was close to the airport so you're about 15-ish from the downtown Indianapolis area and it was not too difficult to get into downtown from here but I would not recommend staying here if you want to be able to come back and forth to your room from your day out as there is really nothing in the immediate area - it looks almost desolate. I think it would be worth the few extra bucks to just say in the downtown area vs by the airport. But we booked the day of, so we did not have many options.

Firm bed!! got a really good night’s sleep. Reception staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The shuttle drivers were on prompt and helpful.

The fire alarm in our room started beeping at 5 in the morning and wouldn’t stop. Also the pool in the hotel wasn’t open and you had to go across the street if you wanted to swim.

Room was a nice size, bathroom was nice, and the breakfast was good!

check out was at 11:00am not 12:00pm like the booking confirmation stated. when called to ask for an extra hour for check out staff insisted time was 11:00 and didn’t want to see proof of the booking confirmation. Asked for more towels but staff didn’t state we had to go get them. We never received towels for our day two stay.

Increase time for breakfast availability. There was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom with drywall hanging down. would like more comfortable chairs to sit in.

Breakfast was only offered between 7-9 am, so never got to try it out. Would like to see breakfast go to at least 10 am, especially on the weekend. The front desk staff was very helpful and personable.

The room set up is crowded with the couch, table and desk, especially when the bed is made out. Breakfast ended a little earlier than I like. Rather expensive but it was the weekend. No hot tub.

We had a room with a couch and a king bed. It was nice but rather crowded in the sitting area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with biscuits and gravy, Breakfast sandwiches, cereal. There was a small indoor pool, no hot tub. Bed was comfortable.

Wonderful Workers, Great Manners. Room Was Neat, Spacious, And Clean. The Only Hotel Out Of Almost 10 Others, That Had Their Pool Open And Available! I Was Beyond Frustrated And Upset. Trying To Get Away With My 5 Boys, I Just Wanted Them To Enjoy Themselves. Lovely Atmosphere. Everyone Was Complimenting My Boys, Saying How Good They Were. I Would Definitely Return

The hotel was extremely outdated. Paint chipping off doors and things just looking very warn. The cleanliness was lacking. The bathroom sink was dirty and we found a used Q-tip laying on the floor. The room was quite noisy with lots of stomping coming from the upper floor.

Location was good and located right off of the Interstate. We were greeted warmly by the front desk agent. The bed was comfortable and our suite was plenty big enough for 4 people. Breakfast was good. I was very impressed with the the lady serving breakfast. She was working hard making sure everything was replenished and made sure to greet each guest and inquire about their stay. The staff all around was very friendly.

Checking out waited at front desk for 15-20 mins and no one came to the desk, so I just had to leave the room keys there with a note with room number. Breakfast also was not ready of even being prepped on time. The comforter also had random black/dark red splatter.

Only thing I thought could've been better was the AC. It was cold but just thought it could've blew a bit harder because at times it did feel a bit warm

mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. it took about 20 mins to check in since no one was at the desk when we arrived. the breakfast was not great even for continental breakfast standards. the pool seemed old and had lots of rust on the metal.

The quality of the towels were worn out and small. There were no hair dryers in multiple rooms since we stayed there with our team they said the same thing. The front desk lady was not very helpful and rude. She seems young to be cranky, but didn't even smile to greet us.

Not much option for someone who has dairy and egg allergy.
