I didn't know there's an additional fee for parking. Tv was messed up but it was fixed before I got back from dinner.

- breakfast was stressful as the area was very small and cramped as the hotel was busy and the area was not fit fit capacity. Get to breakfast early as you won’t get a table (I had to eat in my room when I didn’t get there early enough) - all of the single use plastic during breakfast is unacceptable and so irresponsible. I don’t understand why hotels in USA continue to use plastic plates, cups etc when they can switch to more sustainable options - location isn’t the best. 10 min Uber to both downtown and uptown Dallas. Next time I would definitely stay in more central area.

The doors seemed a bit to open and could hear everyone walking in the hallway.

Location was good I wasn’t very far from most places I had to go to.

Breakfast room and service. It was too crowded, food and coffee would run out and the floor was sticky which continued up to my room. Could not get TV to work.

Our toilet ran…we figured out a trick to getting it to stop though so it ended up fine

Finding 2 roaches crawling on the wall. Management was notified and will spray.

Breakfast was good, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, milk, orange juice & cereal. Room was quiet. The bed was firm, but comfortable. Paul was working the front desk and he was very nice. Sheila in the breakfast area was very busy and did a great job.

Refrigerator was unplugged because two outlets were to serve three electricity dependent devices (desk lamp, coffee maker, and refrigerator). Breakfast area was freezing cold. Perhaps due to the thermostat for the area being by the waffle makers. Move one or the other. ( Staff were wearing coats in the area.)

Closeness to places we wanted to visit. Rooms were nice-sized.

The hotel was in a good location, only $10 Uber to downtown. Rooms were good size, two king-size beds. Breakfast basic, but nice. Hotel benefits from a great pool and area to relax. Staff very friendly. Supply of free bottled water.

Nothing, I'm not a fussy traveller.

I wasn't well enough to venture out of the hotel for the 2 and a half days I stayed, after picking up a bad infection in the UK. I was going back home to Australia via the States, and had 2 days in Dallas. The room size was great, bathroom facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Building looks a bit dated. Significant building / road works in the surrounding area at time of visit (May 31st 2024).

Only a short drive from Downtown Dallas. Local restaurant called Rodeo Goat was the find of my trip!

Room service not often enough would be good to top up coffee etc daily.

The staff were amazing, very helpful & friendly nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of choice on self serve breakfast. Room was adequate, pool area well-maintained & good size gym.

The staff was exceptional!!!! Barb, Yvette, and Vidal (front desk) were just superb!! and Sheila, who runs the cafe in the mornings for breakfast was exceptional. She made everyone feel so welcome and really kept everything clean, food fresh, and morning meals happy!! Exceptional staff!!!

Pool needed cleaning. Lobby area needs to have better and more seating and an inviting atmosphere. It's very bland. Outdoor seating needs revamped. Windows need replacing. Breakfast layout and dinning needs revamped

General decor of the Hotel is a bit dated, needs an upgrade, especially. the foyer area.
