Hot afternoon sun would bear down on the room's entrance door, causing it to stick shut. Front desk persuaded begrudging maintenance to ram it open, but only after I'd made several trips up & down to desk to have room key card reprogrammed. In all, it took about 45 min. to access the room after a hard, tiresome day in a classroom. Maintenance said it was a recurring issue it was accustomed to dealing with, advised that I just "use my shoulder" next time. Disappointing free breakfasts were limited in selection, most of it being prepackaged vending machine-type fare. Room temp watery scrambled eggs and sausages. Ongoing road construction made entering and exiting the property haphazard during heavy traffic hours, but back entrance was ok once discovered and navigated. I wish I'd been pre-warned about the construction before booking at this location. In the future, I'll remember to ask. Room itself was dated and had seen better days, but it was functional, quiet, and clean. Walking distance to several restaurants and convenience stores. Still, somewhat expensive room rental, all things considered.

There were no stoppers in any drains, just open pipe. Worried I'd drop my stuff down them in the sink especially. The breakfast was so cramped and it was just carbs on carbs, no biggie just neither scenario is for me first thing in the morning. Lastly, my room key didn't work 2 times in 2 days and had to go get replacements. Again, not a huge deal just kinda silly.

The location was near a lot of conveniences. The bed and pillows were shockingly comfortable.

Unfortunately, our fridge was overheated and did not work. When we came into our hotel room, we also saw that the closet was really broken down.

The location was great as well as the location. The breakfast room had some good options, cereal to eggs and sausages and pancakes and waffles.

The amount of parking available remotely close to my room was almost 0

Needs structural repairs. Water damage can be seen throughout the room and hall. A/C unit made ongoing noise and had loose cords. Musty smell in rooms and hallways. Dark lighting, bathroom backlight didn’t work in one room.

Location was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. Price for location was reasonable.

The property is showing its age. There were water stains on the wall by the bathroom Mirror, the sink bowl was cracked, touch up paint on the door didn’t match, concrete walk ways are chipping, the interior of the elevator is dirty, the pool deck needs to be completely resurfaced…

On a very busy intersection - really difficult to even cross the road. The breakfast used completely plastic everything, it was extremely wasteful and bad for the environment

The breakfast ended at 10:00am and at 9:00 when we came down the selection was poor and was not restocked. The pool was advertised as heated and in reality was very cold even for July.

Making sure all breakfast items are available the whole time. The waffle batter ran out by 9:30 and wasn't replenished. The other complaint is that the door knob to the bathroom in the breakfast room was loose and one couldn't tell if it was locked or not and since it wobbled so much it was very hard to use.

It was great that breakfast ran until 10 AM. So many other hotels stop their breakfasts early to force people to check-out early. If you're not an early morning person, that's a drag!

Front desk was often neglected. The fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and there was no explanation from the hotel as to why it went off. It was obviously a false alarm.

I liked the location and the hotel was quiet.
