Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesMaking sure all breakfast items are available the whole time. The waffle batter ran out by 9:30 and wasn't replenished. The other complaint is that the door knob to the bathroom in the breakfast room was loose and one couldn't tell if it was locked or not and since it wobbled so much it was very hard to use.
It was great that breakfast ran until 10 AM. So many other hotels stop their breakfasts early to force people to check-out early. If you're not an early morning person, that's a drag!

United StatesThe girls at the front desk told me that my room wasn’t ready several hours after check in. They didn’t seem to care much. They were young, and didn’t seem able to do much without calling for a manger, which they didn’t seem to have any interest in doing.
The breakfast was one of the worst that I’ve encountered in 50+ years of traveling. Stale bread. Weak coffee. Limited choice.

Location central in Flagstaff near to restaurants n shops. Good overnight stay for going to Grand Canyon next day as well as longer stay to explore the town and Sedona. Room spacious, bed comfortable, AC working well and shower pressure is good. Breakfast was adequate with well stocked cereals, muffins, oranges , scrambled eggs ,sausage and waffles. Check in and check out smooth, staffs courteous.
