Nearby amenities were okay. Traffic was busy in area around hotel. Not very walkable.

Proximity to the airport was ideal. Courtyard setup made enjoying lounging outside very pleasant in a bustling area. Breakfast was spot on for a hotel of its caliber.

The first room I checked in to has a STRONG perfume smell, perhaps from the last guest. I called the front desk and they happily moved me to a different room.

I liked the courtyard side room. It was very quiet.

Room was large enough for a sitting chair to be added. Other than that, everything was great.

Check in staff was quick and professional. Extra special touch was that he called our room after check in to see if everything was okay. I have not had a check in call in years. Great customer service.

Shuttle wasn’t available either at 11 pm or at 5:15. No driver. However hotel did provide a taxi to the airport.

The hot tub was not working. No one returned my call and could not tell me when the hot tub would be fixed.

The layout was a little confusing

homeless and people who like to piggyback into the back door. Security should have cameras back there to protect the people staying there.

Breakfast was promised to be prepared as I was leaving for airport on 5am, but the staff did not record it on the list, turned out there was no breakfast for me at the reception in the morning. But the staff on duty went to the kitchen and got me something, not too bad.

If you're planning to have a day at the pool, like I did, you're limited to gas station snacks if you don't want to venture far to get things. I also had to use Door Dash to drop off my booze because there isn't a place selling any nearby.

Appreciated the close proximity to the airport and free hotel parking in their large lot. Also utilized their complimentary airport shuttle with no problems. The surrounding food & coffee shops were nice to have so close by to walk to. Being on the rail line was good for convenience too. The king room with balcony had a nice view of the pretty pool area. It was a large room with good A/C and bath facilities. Enjoyed watching the giant TV. Was also great to have the fridge & microwave.

Maid service was mostly just a change of towels and sheets. In general room was clean, it just felt like carpets needed cleaning.

Pool and spa. Bed was great. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Convenient and good choice of restaurants in same parking lot. Good location. Good door security. Shampoo and conditioner was decent. TV was very large and worked well. Controller seemed clean. It really was a very nice place to stay!

Shuttle was not available until 3pm and not advertised on the hotel or Booking Site. Hence, I have to pay $30 to get to the hotel!! Also the light rail was down, not their fault, but also incurred $50 extra cost to get to my destination.

Bed mattress was old and lumpy. You sink in bed.pillows paper thin, got very little sleep.
