The area isn't the best. Loud sirens on highways. Traffic rough getting to and from hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. There were extra towels in bathroom that were not requested, which was a nice surprise. There is an IHOP in the hotel and a daily voucher for a simple breakfast and beverage daily. The restaurant staff was amazing. Food was decent.

I requested a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, when I arrived they had me on the 6th floor. I was able to get a room on the 1st floor, but there were large cracks across the top of the window and there was some dark going across the crack. I hope it wasn’t mold. Bathroom had hair in the shower. I didn’t like the location.

No water to shower in the morning of checkout, because of a Watermain problem to be repaired. No hot water the night before to shower, because everyone was showering, because of the no water the next day No compensation from hotel for the inconvenience.  Corporations need to make their profit margin. .

The free breakfast through IHOP is a good idea. Send like it could flow a little better. Limited free food options offered and not all were available.

I had been counting on a microwave to heat some food when I arrived late at night. It did not operate and it took two inquiries at the desk to get the problem resolved - the next day. One of the bed lamps was broken. I found the room to be dark anyway without much over head lighting in the main area. The IHOP breakfast while bountiful was limited to carbs, fats and proteins. Even the pick up breakfasts at other places put out some bananas or apples or other fruit juice options. I tried to call the front desk a few times and never got an answer. Staff were pleasant and helpful inperson. I understand that Covid and economics and staffing issues resulted in no cleaning services over my three day stay. That was okay except for the trash issue. It would be helpful to provide guests as way to leave out trash to be picked up on days when staff would not come in to clean. I was charged three times in one day for internat/WiFi access.

I liked having the IHop so conveniently located to the hotel. The breakfast choices were better than one might expect in a breakfast-included set up, especially since the food was cooked to order. The venue was convenient to what my business was in the visit. I would stay here again and would recommend it as a basic service hotel.

The elevator broke while I was in it and we were on the 5th floor. The air conditioner made a loud knocking sound that I could not make stop.

the last night the airco started leaking water and wet the carpet. we reported that upon checkout and the frontdesk clerk was very appreciative of that. Gave the impression he would take action immediately.
