Very clean and relaxing! Set back from a busy street, but quiet. Helpful and friendly staff. Local coffee and restaurants walking distance. Beautiful back patio and small clean pool.

No music in the elevators. Other than that I wasnt dissatisfied in the slightest.

It definitely was a breakfast. Not to say that it was bad, I only wish the area where the food sat was a little less crowded.

House cleaning staff needs more training (at least the one who did our room 208 on July 30). Problems: 1.) They left us only one wash cloth and didn't come back to room til midnight, so couldn't get extra washcloth 2.) They took my wife's silk pillow cover she brought to help her sleep better. Doesn't look for feel like hotel pillow cover. Front desk staff tried to track it down, but to no avail. 3.) Took the orange ear plugs we had sitting on both sides of our bed on night stand. Over 3,000 hotel stays and have never had that done. Engineering: Room 208-- 1.) Bathroom fan stopped working after one shower. 2.) Sink faucet handle was difficult to move (especially for us seniors). Very stiff movement. 3.) Shower head wasted some spray, dribbling straight down.

Cozy bed, slept well. Polite staff. Decent morning breakfast with a fair amount of options. Appreciate the real orange juice, hot coffee and more than a few meal options. Well done.

Just a couple small things: 1. In the King size suite @$300/ night, when I noticed the fold out couch didn’t have any linen, blanket, or pillows and I asked someone about getting some, the front desk person said I could come get them. I actually was surprised a bit that none was already in the room in a closet or someplace and that no one offered to come make the bed. 2. Lastly, how cool would it be to have a fold out partition to separate the two sleeping sections (The king bed from the fold out section of the room)?

Clean and wonderful staff from the desk person to the cleaning people. All were professional. The morning & day staff were a lot more smiley than the evening staff but they were still professional.

It was great and even have my favorite brand of coffee …Seattle’s Best! Breakfast could have a few more options and room walls need some cozy artwork but those are just upgrade recommendations.

The room was VERY clean. My family was impressed with the room and size of the room. It was a big room with 2 king beds. Breakfast was great, they were always stocking up. All good things to say about the property!

There is virtually no sound proofing between floors. I initially was on the 3rd floor but moved to the 4th because I could hear every step and conversation from the room above me quite well.

The hotel is beautiful and kept up well. The rooms are very nice and spacious.

I used the working table and the chairs make noise when we move. All it needs is to protection with feltrum at each chair leg.

Thanks for offering breakfast, it is very convenient with kids because they could come down on their own and eat by themselves. It is great to have a nice clean and practical hotel near my parents house. We did not have this option before.

Breakfast was over at 9.30. And cleaned up fast! I kinda wished they would have waited a little.

Sophia checked me in at about 10.30 pm and she was very cheery and had a great personality. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was vey comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic. I really enjoyed the huge shower.
