I thought I was going to have a nice view of a garden and I didn't get no room with a view to a garden it's simply didn't exist. So I think they need to change there wording. Also I don't believe I got the room I paid for. Yes I said that. Anyways my stay was pleasant enough to overlook such inconsiderable outcomes of my motel rental.

Location was perfect for my stay it put me close to all things I needed to be close too.

I got there and there was a lot of homeless walking around, an had a camp across the street, I had my son, with me, he kinda was afraid because they were coming up an asking for money,an when we went to the jacuzzi it wasn't working didn't get hot,an only afew jets were work at that,we were so exited to be able, to go I called an they said they knew, an will have it fixed, 2 days later it was still broke...so we never got togo,(Not to happy because I was there like 4 night's,,an I called to stay maybe afew more night's, an asked if there was a discount because we had been there, they said no discount for that an I said we'll we didn't get to use the jacuzzi, the lady said still no discount so the price was more then what I paid for those nights...so we didn't stay,,,,I have been staying there off an on for 14 plus year's, an was kinda upset, I even have family stay there when they come into visit or Comic con, I know u can't promise things work but if it breaks down, like that could give a % off.....or a discount on your next visit at least

The room was very clean, and it looks like newer beds,upstairs,blankets, and sheets were nice! an they young lady working I called to ask for earlier check-in because I had a 13-hour lay in Denver, was so nice an understanding,she said if any open up she would call me, she did,an I got a great room,she was so nice,her customer service,was Amazing!!

My room was very dim because the light above the bed was going out. Better to not see how there was dirt on the bed anyways. Also it was very smelly in there, I felt gross but the room fulfilled its purpose.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful to me, she was great, I wish I could've nominated her for the 'best staff award' but they ran out of slips up front.

Outside the property and on the hall way and stairs were really filthy. The place smell like cigarettes and urine. The carpet on the hall directly outside of the room seems like it was never vacuumed. Rooms also need a little more hygiene, it has a bad odor.

Staff were friendly and willing to accommodate my demands and extra towels.

Check-in late at the outside counter (after coming from Seaworld). At front desk was the staff and security guard who was talking and laughing. No problem. After less than 10 minutes when we got to our room, one of us were in the restroom, there was a knock on our door! One of us asked, Who is it?!? A make voice said, “Open your door”. I replied, I am not opening the door! Who is it? Again, he replied…Open the door. Again, I said: We are not opening the door! Who are you?!? He finally, replied, security. We asked: What do you want? He finally said, show your ID. So, I did show it on the glass. Certainly would not and did not open the door…don’t care who it was, especially when checking in he and front desk staff clearly saw us at the check-in window! And we showed our IDs At check-in as required.

Roaches outside the walkway, people hanging out at all hours of the night, i suspect they live there. Dumpster was overflowing with trash laying on the ground and in the walkway
