There were roaches in teh room. The kitchen has no utensils and had to wait for one day to even get one. The breakfast bars coffee machine was not working. The staff were not able to help out on any of the items

When I get in the hotel the smell was bad And then into the room first thing I saw a cucarach I when to the lobby and tell the woman in the front desk 4:30 am a cucarach wake me up This is too much

The hotel-from the lobby, elevator to our room- was dirty. There were holes in the wall, the tub and bathroom did not appear to be cleaned after the last guest. There were dried up red drops of something, that I really hope was not blood, on the floor directly in front of the sink/bathroom door. The people next door were coming and going all night and seemed kind of sketchy. I would not stay here again, especially with small children.

Bathroom was dirty, leaking shower. Saw cockroach in living area and bathroom. Remote control didn't work. Kitchen facilities were very poor. "Breakfast included" means coffee, instant oats and a granola bar... Had kids using the sofa bed to sleep, but no bedding or sheets in the room. Wend down personally to ask staff for bedding twice, but they never brought it to the room. Very poorly managed indeed. 😢

The fact that when I booked this stay, it was indicated that breakfast was included, when I got there, there was only a coffee pot set up and I stayed for 4 nights, and I only had coffee once, other mornings it was empty or just cold. There's never anyone at front desk to help.

The room was not very clean, the AC was not working, the window frames and tub were broken, the room smelled musky and humid that it set of our asthma and allergies. All night long there was door slamming and people running around the hallway and when you walked down the hallway you could smell that people were smoking in their rooms, not just cigarettes but marijuana too. There was mold around the toilet and tub. The pool area was dirty. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there was no breakfast. The sidewalks were damaged, that both my partner and I tripped and almost fell down and I was carrying my baby.

The staff was friendly and kind that's all that I liked about the hotel.

The room had a strange odor when we checked in. Kitchenware was not in the cabinets and drawers, which were dirty upon inspection. The room description doesn't mention that you need to request these things at the front desk. There was hair in the tub drain and on the lamp in the living area. We had to buy a Swiffer to clean the floor because it was filthy. Apparently they only sweep but not mop the floors between room occupations. Couldn't sleep on the sofa-bed because it wouldn't open all the way and what could be seen of the mattress was disgusting. Asked for an extra pillow and was told that they ran out of pillows. What hotel runs out of pillows?! Free breakfast is a joke. All they had was coffee and instant grits.
