Wanted to use the fitness area and it would not accept my key card to open the door. Staff couldn’t answer why that happened.

Adequate considering these are suites with their own stove, refrigerator &microwave for people’s own food.

The bathroom was too small. Not enough personal supplies in the room and the front desk agent was not much of a help with her smart remarks and attitude like we were interrupting her phone time. Did not like that it wasn't a decent breakfast, no basics, such as "eggs, sausage bacon....." all they had was just snacks.

Some of the neighboring checks in were loud at late hours of the night during last couple of nights.

I was able to come in and out without having to deal with so much surrounding foot traffic. Parking was always available and close to entry.

no cooking utensils in the room made several trips to the front desk for dishes pots and pans but they kept telling me to come back but when I went back they still didn’t have any with the price that was paid every room should be accommodated with what they need especially when it’s in their accommodation list. so never received any. they don’t have enough to accommodate the customer. I asked for something to load my things on I was told they only had three and they were being used. everything that I asked for they I never got it. they got their money but I couldn’t get what I paid or what was advertised in the booking. other than that everything was good

No access to computer to print stuff. No breakfast available unless you wake up at 6 or 7:00 am. By 8:00 am, it’s all gone !!!

In the morning I was awoke by a guest next to my room shouting and hitting wall and the door. The staff was at trying carm the guest that went for About 45min before the police came and put the guest in handcuffs then remove him from the hotel then business went back to normal. However I checked into the hotel ofter midnight so with that that quest I was up could not go back to sleep had to book another. So the hotel shows no care for what just happened did not even offer me a discount or anything. Not sure what you can do on your end to see if the hotel can offer me something.

Breakfast was ok could use more variety of Breakfast food..location was just fine.

Elevator out of service & carrying your stuff to the 3rd floor through unsecured stairwell kinda difficult. Unusual odor in the room, staff made an attempt to remove it, but no success.

that the elevators weren’t working when I stayed also I requested more pillows never got them and then to top it all off the water pressure took a minute to get up and so did the hot water like 15 minutes

The elevator was broken when I got there on Thanksgiving. I had my dog, boyfriend and suitcase and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Not pleasant.. especially when u have to walk your dog too..

I liked that the hotel was literally 7 minutes from where my destination and that it was clean rooms and newly renovated. Great location. Pet friendly 😉

We checked in and immediately checked back out. The bed was not the kingsize we paid for, the couch was disintegrating with the cover peeled off in strips. The table was covered in nail polish. The whole hotel smelled like old cigarette smoke. Guests were yelling in the lobby and the outside stunk of weed and a guy who was high was marching up and down in front of the entrance. I have requested a refund.

Musty, dirty, waited until 1am to get sheets for pull out bed, phone broken, no deadbolt in room. Was promised a full refund and it's been over a week and still haven't been given the refund.

Terrible staff. Hour to check us in. Said they needed to check rooms before we could get a key. Breakfast was coffee, NO cream and a muffin. Homeless people living there. Halls smell terrible. Absolutely rediculous.
