We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOne plug in for everyone to try to use and it didn’t hold what we tried to plug in. There was hair in the tub and it was slimy. There were 2 towels left for a family of four. The door lock was very loose. We had to put all of our stuff in front of the door to make it harder for our toddler to get out if she tried.
Great location close to Six Flags and the beds were comfortable.

Super friendly staff!!! Room was decent the lighting in the room was horrible had to open the door just to see to do my makeup… brighter lights would be helpful, also an iron would have been great after my travel I needed to iron my outfit for the wedding I was attending… all in all not unhappy with the stay!

United States of AmericaThe breakfast, I feel when it says continental breakfast, that normally includes eggs and sausage or other options most of the time. Plus some apple or orange juice. It was cereal, you could make waffles, and they had some doughnuts, to drink milk and coffee.
I feel like the location was perfect, the kids had fun, staff was very nice and accommodating. Any issues, was resolved right away.

United States of AmericaNot good for senior citizens. Toilet low no grab bars. No grab bars in the shower and no bath mat in the tub. Got slippery when using soap. The bed was very soft. The coffee was not good,the grounds were in the bottom of the cup. No hot breakfast as in pictures .

United States of AmericaThere was poop on the outside of the toilet bowl. The shower curtain was slightly orange at the bottom, indicating it should have been changed and bleached instead of left in the stall. The smoke alarm was hanging kind of loose and it looked burnt. The side of the microwave and fridge was filthy and I just laid there staring at it when I was going to sleep. Yuck. But that was my spot. The other three spots were taken. The bathroom leaked and the floor bubbled. Water came in front door because of a storm. There was a cigarette burn on the blanket and they just left it there, like “yes, this is fine”. I did not see any shampoo or conditioner. There was a dried up “wet” straw wrapper on the back of the bathroom door, proving that nobody paid much attention to detail.
I liked that I was near to shopping and food since I was just passing through and didn’t know the area. I liked the Bible in the room.

United States of AmericaEverything about the room was dirty except for the bedding. The shower had hair on the wall and mildew build up. The toilet was partially clogged and wasn't flushing properly. The AC wasn't getting cold. The microwaves were splattered with food as well and the coffee pots were dirty. Even with the cheap price I will never stay here again.
The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable, that was the only good part about our stay here.

I didn’t like the fact that when I booked the hotel my reservation cost was $146.10, but when i got there it costed me $170 . It’s a ripoff and i will never stay there again and never book through you . Bad , smells bad and not good experience. If you looking for stay look for better quality.
