The complimentary hot breakfast and daily reception made this hotel more appealing than the other options and it was worth it!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were dated but comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and the four of us thought it was great. An excellent omelette every time. Happy hour was good, again included in the price. Unfortunately, the cocktails were not to my liking and no Sauvignon Blanc wine. Others however did enjoy, so no big issue.

Poor quality of food and only 1 pool not 2 as advertised by Booking.com. Also, $50 p/d on parking is not great given cost of stay and could be discounted (we stayed 11 nights)

The wait for elevators was the only negative. During peak times elevator wait times could exceed 5-10 minutes.

The Valet service was great to from arrival to departure of your rental vehicle everyday and set the tone for the great stay and experience. The rooms were well kept and great size for a family of 5. The daily breakfast buffet and evening happy hour was top notch. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Laundry facilities could be better: in the Hula Tower, the detergent dispenser was empty but took one of the customer's money. 3 of the 6 dryers were not working.

Loved the breakfast buffet and treatment by all staff at the resort. Valet service was convenient; didn't have to worry about finding parking. Convenient location close to eating places and shopping

Whilst having breakfast included is a great plus and the omelets were great, I would have preferred some healthier options. As a coeliac I was limited to the omelets and fresh fruit.

The location was excellent with shops and the beach within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in straight away and make it to breakfast as well. The access to filtered water and ice on each floor was much appreciated.

Great location. One block back from the beach. Easy access to Waikiki Beach. Buffet breakfast - bacon, eggs, potatoes, fruit, cereal, bagels, made to order omelet, drinks. Bell boys were really helpful. We grabbed a shuttle from the airport to hotel for $10 each (didn’t book, he was there waiting), otherwise $60 in taxi.

I would like to have access to a computer and printer for printing boarding passes and checking email. Not everything needs to be done on mobile apps.

Breakfast was fantastic and afternoon cocktails were also enjoyed. Location is great. We used Uber for short non-walkable trips. Only rented a car for 3 days to visit around the island.

The elevators were slow and the laundry facilities were expensive. The breakfast got boring after the 2nd day. No waffles on griddle and pancakes for one day

The pool is very small and taken over by kids. Spent maybe all of 10 minutes at the pool and didn’t even get in it. We loved the happy hour and drink tickets but it would have been better if we could spend time at the pool. It was ok with us cause we were in Hawaii and love the beach more. But if we were not close to the beach we would have been extremely disappointed. There should be a time designated for adults. Maybe 8-10.

We LOVED our stay here. The cleanness and hospitality was amazing! Definitely staying again and referring family and friends. The included breakfast was perfect and good quality food. We tipped the waiters every day because they worked so fast to get a space cleaned and ready for the next guest.

The property needs some updates. The rooms felt a bit dated, some of the elevators didn’t display floor levels properly. Overall, the place needed some updates.

The location to shopping and the beach were great! As a family, having a free breakfast was an added bonus.
