We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room quality was poor. The cleaning staff did a poor job. There was dust and dirt, especially in the living room area. the couch was so dirty my husband and I went to the front desk and complained. There was no way anyone could have looked at the sofa and thought someone would be okay with it. We requested a sheet or something to cover the sofa so we could use it. The request was honored. This was a disappointment, as well as the rips in the carpet in the living room area. I have been to this location before and chose it for my stay because of the quality I had expected from before. So disappointed on the cleaning staff.
the breakfast was as expected. It was extremely well done. The hotel evening reception was more than I thought. The front desk staff were professional and courteous. The evening reception staff was as well.

United StatesThe room smelled like stale feet, or old sheets. I noticed it at first when I got into the room. It went away though after being in there for a little bit. I forgot about it until the morning when I took my CPAP mask off and smelled it again. Yum. Figured there's not much that can be done, so I didn't say anything to anyone about it. The pool was freezing cold. I couldn't get in past mid chest due to the temperature. It was disappointing to not be able to get a swim in. When I took a shower before going to bed, the water coming out of the shower head hit my body like a sand blaster. It reminded me very strongly of a time when I was on the Jersey Shore in mid May with a very strong wind that sprayed sand on me relentlessly. That day was so painful that I didn't last long on the beach. I tried changing the setting on the shower head, but the only other option was like a sand blasting fire hose. So I went back to the sand blaster setting. Needless to say, that was probably the fastest and least comfortable shower I have ever had. Not something I expected from a Hilton brand, that's for sure. I reported both the pool temp and the shower head to the front desk via text message. I was told that an engineer would be checking both items. Have not heard anything back about a resolution. We were only there one night, so I don't know if the issues were addressed.
Really loved the complimentary happy hour, and the breakfast is award-winning. The kitchen staff is top notch.

They deserve a raise :)! The option to have omelets was a good touch. The complimentary drinks between 5:30pm and 7:30 was great. My fiancée and I will starting frequenting Embassy Suites. Great Experience!

United StatesPaying for parking is absolutely ridiculous when there is nothing else near. There is no OnStreet parking so it's not like you have a choice. And isn't the parking supposed to be for the guests? Isn't that why you built a parking lot to begin with. I think that's a major rip off. If the guests don't park there who the hell is going to park there?
Embassy suites has been out go to hotel in many cities over the years. We like the size of the suites and certainly the delicious breakfasts in the morning. When we have events in Washington DC we always stay at athe Springfield location. And I recommend it to friends and family.

United Statesthe bedding was damp when we got to our room. the staff kindly moved us to a new room but the bedding was also damp in that one. I think it was just condensation. the fridge wasn’t that cold.
how close it was to the highway. and how quiet it was even being that close to the highway. you never would have known! we were there for a quick overnight stay on our way home to NH. I wish we took part in the complimentary happy hour and snacks in addition to breakfast. The hotel and staff was so accommodating. it was very clean and quiet.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the manager, Edwin, to the desk staff, to the restaurant employees was friendly and went out of their way to greet people. Our stay was truly exceptional.

Excellent stay! Loved the evening reception complementary drinks and appetizers upon our arrival. The breakfast could not have been better, made to order omelettes, oatmeal with fruit toppings, fresh fruit and Danish pastries. Room was great, really comfortable beds, extremely clean, wonderful shower.
