Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

Liked pool area. However, supervision was not provided for most of the kids in the pool. Teens were jumping all over my 9, 5 year old grandkids. Two grown woman making out in the pool. We had to go back to the room for a bit due to exposure to this type of behavior in front of kids.

United StatesWe checked in, unpacked all our stuff and then we’re told later that day we were given the wrong room and had to move…2 doors down. It took hours for us to be moved. We couldn’t relax. Then there was some big conference on and there were people selling clothes etc all along our floor. There was mold on the shampoo bottles too. Yuck. There was some mold on the bathroom tiles too. The original room balcony door was so hard to open. The staff gave us a food voucher but this hotel is expensive. I’d expect more from a Hilton.
The staff were friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast is impressive. The lobby is kinda cool.

United StatesWell, for starters, I was there for one night, Saturday to Sunday and when I woke up Sunday to go have breakfast it was still 15 mins before it was over they was starting to clean up and put food away as people we're still standing in line to eat. The staff was rude and didn't want us to get any food to eat. The food was messed over as they we're gathering the trays to clean, and I was told that if I wanted food, then get it, but we're closing. I politely put my plate down and left from.the area. The elevators were very slow, and it was a long wait, and they were under construction as well. As I went back to my room to get ready to check out, I found to live bed bugs on bed and had to take to show them that they had bed bugs, I did get my refund and coins to was my clothes and I did get an apology, but the manager wasn't available and was told he would reach out to me the next day. Still haven't heard anything back. So that being said, please check your beds and everything because you never know what you may find in your room or bed.
The hotel was nice, the room was decent, and it had a balcony attached.

United StatesThe outlets were kinda loose, hard to keep our chargers plugged in. It was so cold there was ice on the inside of the sliding door, we did have lower than average temps though, but the heat worked good. I wish they had coffee available all day in the lobby but they close it with breakfast. Just minor things, so not bad really.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, even during a huge winter storm right at Christmas. The cooked to order breakfast was yummy. Room was spacious and comfy. Nice pool, nice excersizing room.
