The breakfast table had 3 empty spots where food should have been there wasn’t a lot of fruit to choose from and breads where limit. I wasn’t terrible but the last embassy suites I stay at had a much better selection.

Empty liquor bottles left in my room that my 14 yr old son found. Toilet backed up no one came to fit it until we were checking out and I called earlier morning.

No supervision at the pool area

Liked pool area. However, supervision was not provided for most of the kids in the pool. Teens were jumping all over my 9, 5 year old grandkids. Two grown woman making out in the pool. We had to go back to the room for a bit due to exposure to this type of behavior in front of kids.

We checked in, unpacked all our stuff and then we’re told later that day we were given the wrong room and had to move…2 doors down. It took hours for us to be moved. We couldn’t relax. Then there was some big conference on and there were people selling clothes etc all along our floor. There was mold on the shampoo bottles too. Yuck. There was some mold on the bathroom tiles too. The original room balcony door was so hard to open. The staff gave us a food voucher but this hotel is expensive. I’d expect more from a Hilton.

The staff were friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast is impressive. The lobby is kinda cool.

Well, for starters, I was there for one night, Saturday to Sunday and when I woke up Sunday to go have breakfast it was still 15 mins before it was over they was starting to clean up and put food away as people we're still standing in line to eat. The staff was rude and didn't want us to get any food to eat. The food was messed over as they we're gathering the trays to clean, and I was told that if I wanted food, then get it, but we're closing. I politely put my plate down and left from.the area. The elevators were very slow, and it was a long wait, and they were under construction as well. As I went back to my room to get ready to check out, I found to live bed bugs on bed and had to take to show them that they had bed bugs, I did get my refund and coins to was my clothes and I did get an apology, but the manager wasn't available and was told he would reach out to me the next day. Still haven't heard anything back. So that being said, please check your beds and everything because you never know what you may find in your room or bed.

The hotel was nice, the room was decent, and it had a balcony attached.

Pool was.closed even after calling before stay to verify. It was open briefly but very overcrowded and then closed suddenly. . Kids were very disappointed. Also arranged late checkout yet housekeeping knocked and entered at 1045 startling my kids.

The outlets were kinda loose, hard to keep our chargers plugged in. It was so cold there was ice on the inside of the sliding door, we did have lower than average temps though, but the heat worked good. I wish they had coffee available all day in the lobby but they close it with breakfast. Just minor things, so not bad really.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even during a huge winter storm right at Christmas. The cooked to order breakfast was yummy. Room was spacious and comfy. Nice pool, nice excersizing room.

Roof was leaking. Refrigerator in room was not working, but was quickly replaced.

Breakfast was very good. Pool and jacuzzi were nice. Rooms were a good size.
