Rooms were clean, big, well appointed with nice sitting area and bathroom with shower. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.Shuttle service to/from.airport was quick and on time. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excelllent hotel and close to the airport. Highly recommend.

I didn't like the paid parking notice that was not previously brought up when I booked for this location ($20 a day is a bit much considering how much they charge you for the rooms). Also, I was charged slightly more than what I confirmed for on my original booking confirmation. The difference wasn't enough to make a fuss but still was more than expected. I didn't like the reception food. The drinks were great. Tried the wine. However, the nuts and chips & salsa every night was unsatisfactory. I would recommend changing it up, maybe adding sliders, or different kind of finger food or appetizer.

Breakfast options were satisfying. There were a lot to choose from. There was a make your own omelet station. The venue is beautiful and clean. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom had a nice walk in shower with good water pressure. The television has options for Netflix or Tubi to watch free movies or simple regular shows. The fitness center is great and the machines work well. They have an indoor pool (would have been nice to have a jacuzzi/spa tub there). The front desk agent April was nice and accommodating, helping to get me a room early. She also explained things clearly. They have a reception in the evenings with free drinks as well. This was a nice spot for a short stayover.

Don’t take the free shuttle if you’re landing on and/or flying from the International terminal, since the free shuttle pick up location is at the domestic terminal. You will need to stand in line for the shuttle to domestic terminal (which queue is quite long) and this drive takes about 20-25 minutes and actually passes by Embassy Suites airport North. There you have to wait for the hotel shuttle (took me another 20 min) and this shuttle then drives you back 10 min to the hotel. Save yourself the hassle and time and just take an uber.

Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Didn't seem like there was much insulation between floors. Could hear everything from the people above us. Wish breakfast opened sooner because if you catch a flight at 830 and have to be there 2 hours early you can't ever take advantage of the breakfast.

Room layout was great and the size. Liked that there was a microwave and actual somewhat of a kitchen table to sit at along with its own kitchen sink. Liked that it appeared new or renovated. Lobby was beautiful

I had trouble checking in because I booked through a third party. Once I downloaded the Hilton app and canceled my stay with the third party, things went smoothly.

Loved the security of having to scan your room key for elevator access. The room was large and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Loved having the door between the bedroom and living area.

I wish there was a better selection of snacks at happy hour and more bartenders.

The market go area was not stocked when I wanted to make a purchase. And the workout bike was not adjustable. Lobby restroom was not clean.

I didn't like the evening meal. It was chips and salsa with peanuts. There was a used bar soap left in the shower area when we arrived.

I liked the size of the room and the breakfast. The manager and the front desk staff and the dining staff were very nice. The hotel is beautiful.
