Only one minor complaint, the seating for breakfast was confusing and hard to get.

It was spectacular. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I recommended it to family and friends immediately. Love the space, the modern look, the attention to detail, all wonderful. Free breakfast where someone is making literal French toast?! Amazing! And delicious.

Alarm clock went off at 5:26 then again at 5:45. I unplugged it. Maids should check clocks to make sure there will be no spurious wakeups.

Our only complaints were that the elevator nearest our room was not working our whole visit. That was very inconvenient. Also, there needs to be a shelf in the shower. Having to put our shower items on the floor was not ideal.

The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly. The pool & hot tub were great. We loved the location. The room was very spacious.

The desk attendant was probably ill the day we came, he seemed out of it and was snifflling. In a perfect world he'd have the sick leave to stay home and not get anyone else sick. Also, we had to fight to TV a bit to get it to work properly, although neither of these issues are really worth mentioning.

The breakfast was good, very carb heavy; the non-carb options were yogurt, a muffin sized quiche, and chicken sausage. Many choices of drinks, and the area for eating was spacious and relaxing. The suite was large, modern, and we were all comfortable. The pool area was very nice and has its own restroom.

The parking charge of $20.00 per night.

Very Nice place to stay, the staff was very polite. The rooms were fantastic the bed was comfortable and the rooms extremely clean. I recommend this hotel, 10 Stars Plus!! Parking is $20, wasn't informed this when I booked, not sure why they charge for parking, just add it to the hotel rate....as I call it, "the hidden charges". Ps....I'll stay here again!!

Breakfast could be slightly improved with more items and a toaster, although they had freshly made omelets, which was very nice

We stayed for two nights and never got new towels which I thought was odd. Also, it was a surprise to learn that having a car there meant an extra $20 a day. This didn’t make sense to me, why would you charge someone staying at your location and paying for the stay extra money for their car to be there overnight while they sleep? It kind of canceled out the free breakfast I guess.

Very happy with breakfast, cleanliness of room, and overall comfort. The kitchenette area was very wonderful to have. It was great to have a microwave as well as a fridge as we spent the days out hiking away from the room and then at night were able to have cool drinks and also reload for the next days’ adventures.

Very comfortable stay facilitieswise and servicewise, good breakfast. We stayed for 4 nights but did not have full cleaning service during the stay (only 1 towel replenishment). Cleaning intervals can be improved
