The heater was loud.

No breakfast was served but the very nice lady that checked us in gave us some packages of Oatmeal, granola bars and hot cocoa packages.

Incredibly long wait to get hot water possibly due to low occupancy. Their pool is now closed and they don't offer even a rudimentary breakfast any longer. Lobby not open until 9am which I have never seen anywhere.

TV worked but remote had problems. Maybe just batteries. The place is old but has been updated, is very quiet despite being next to the Baker Truck Corral which has an excellent diner btw.

The stairs up to the second floor were a little rickety, the room was ok and served its purpose. It was hard to regulate the heat. The clerk was not very friendly.

No tv service when I checked in or when I checked out, wall heater a little noisy, no coffee for the coffee pot in the room, took awhile for the water to heat up to take my shower.

The property is very rundown. Many rooms in process of remodel. Would not stay again.

Have stayed there before and the Booking.com rate was very good.

The blankets were really thin, it was just two sheets and a fleece blanket, we put on the heat so it was okay.

I liked that it was affordable and convenient. Hot showers were nice after a long drive.

This facility was ok for Baker City, the location was fine. The young lady ( long brown hair in a ponytail) was not friendly at all, she choose to interrupt each sentence. We were traveling with an elderly man and she was totally out out by his questions and hearing difficulties. Not impressed at all with her. An older lady that took her place in the evening was very friendly and helpful, please tell her Thankyou! We had very little hot water in the morning, dang a cold shower. The facility should have been cheaper for the quality. But thanks for being open and available!

This facility was ok for Baker City, the location was fine, we were having a small Family gathering for our 92 year old father. The PM receptionist was great, very helpful and knowledgeable, helped us with the TV.

The rooms are a bit dated ...ceiling had stains from roof leaks and some mildew, but it's an old building.

Great parking if you're traveling with a trailer, real close to the interstate. Noise wasn't too bad

There was a tiny smell to our room, assuming it was because it was a pet friendly and older hotel, but nothing terrible.

Several weeks after making my reservation I sent in a request for a ground floor room. They were able to make the change plus they upgraded me to a king size bed at no extra cost.

The cleanliness wasn't horrible but there was a few things that needed to be wiped down better. Coffee splatters on the wall by and on the light switch.

Didn't eat there but it was very convenient to where we needed to go.

Pillows were not so good and our bathroom door did not shut all the way. The A/C was really noisy (made thumping sounds when it kicked on)

The unit in the room, the AC/heater unit was extremely loud, it was awful. There was also a cat meowing at 5 am outside our door that we thought was a stray but it belonged to a guest staying in a room nearby. The property is very outdated …..all over just needs improvement on a lot of things. Did not enjoy the price increase that weekend for what we got. No continental breakfast. Nothing. Weird hours that the office/lobby is open. Very unwelcoming.

I liked that it was close to restaurants and the Interstate. The staff at check-in was great, Sally?

Not much sound isolation from the next room - it was easy to hear neighbor's conversations. Curtains don't black out very well, so you get a bit of light in the morning.

Great shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Easy to find and get to from the freeway. Comfy and firm bed. Cold A/C. The place is old, but obviously stylish when it was built - interesting tilework in the bathroom.
