Door frame to room was not as secure as I would have liked. Bathroom window was not able to lock.

Cleanliness was exceptional. Location was terrific. The theme rooms were terrific. Manager's suggestions of things to do were perfect.

Maybe a sliding door to the bathroom for space saving.

Although property was old it was clean bathroom and shower were good but a bit tight getting into the toilet, the bed was dressed beautifully and the floor was exceptionally clean, the owner was so knowledgeable about the town and told us lots of things we didn’t know, there was a closet and an extra wardrobe which was not really necessary.

It is a historic Route 66 motel. The rooms were ok.

The quality of the room facilities was not great, but then again, it was an old motel and probably difficult to keep in the old style. The location was just off the main road, not very welcoming to look at, though once you see the wall murals of the buildings its quite fun.

The owners were very friendly, telling us about the history of the motel and Route 66. The rooms were nicely decorated in themes, we had the Marilyn Monroe room

I know it is an older property, however there was a hole in the door that was a little unnerving by the lock. Someone would have been able to look into the room.

It was so eclectic that we just enjoyed the whole trip. We were in the James Dean room. Nice and clean

The hot water did not work...and it was winter. It was highlighted before Dinner and "fixed". But early the next morning when we are washing up to leave, there is no hot water again...

1. The design/Murals, neon light signs...etc. Just beautiful 2. Room is spacious 3. By the main road and close to eateries 4. Owner very warmth in sharing on the history of the area

Pretty dated with empty pool. Door had several locks put on over the years and did not look secure when locked. Bathroom needed some attention.

Nothing to complain

We stayed 1 night and booked the place for the "typical/historic route 66 experience". We wanted something different than the ordinary motels. It was absolutely worth it, super cool place, with a lot of decoration. We stayed in the "Marylin Monroe" room. The lady at the checkin was super friendly and seemed very excited about the place and telling us everything about it and what we could do in Kingman. So we felt very welcome. Of course the interior of the room was a bit "older", but that was expected. If we had wanted a modern room, we could have booked a normal/boring hotel next door.

The cost is a bit high for what it offers, a bathroom dating back to the 60s without any comfort.

Historic motel in Kingman on route 66 with parking in front of the room, nice and very kind owner who at the time of check in explains the whole history of the motel and the characters who stayed in it and then gives some suggestions where to have breakfast and dinner and what to see in the city, very cozy room with furnishings themed by Hollywood characters, we had the Marilyn Monroe room.

We were looking to do laundry on site, but the facilities were broken.

The owner, Sam, went out of his way to explain the history of the hotel, and made sure to give us a detailed, color-coded map to help you get around town.

Bathroom could do with some updating. The curtains were fixed in place which made it difficult to get any natural light into the room or for the cleaner to see the dust/cobwebs!

Quirky authentic motel on route 66. I was lucky to have the Marilyn Monroe room which felt very special. It was nice to stay somewhere a bit out of the ordinary.

Internet was bismal at best. Cable wasn't wat they said it was. Every time I tried to watch HBO it said it wasn't available.
