There were 22 floors and it was busy! Room was basic and overlooked part of Times Square No blackout blinds so flashing lights were annoying Air conditioning unit noisy

Breakfast was plentiful and good value at $10 Location excellent just a short walk from Times Square Dancing waiter dinner very enjoyable and food good

Rudeness of a couple of staff in foyer eg paid for holding luggage and he wouldn’t accept coins for $2. When I said that’s all I have he literally threw ticket butts at me

Check in. Christian must be of Royal blood the way he looked down his nose at us!!!! He needs a course in hospitality and needs to be much more professional in his job as a receptionist!!!

No fridges, and breakfast was pretty bad not many options and the staff taking the coupon did not explain at all the process of picking items, it was overall a very confusing experience getting breakfast the first day, to the point we ended up just buying breakfast elsewhere for the remaining days.

Really liked the security, felt very safe. The aesthetic and decorations were really nice as well.

Air conditioner did not work well, the toilet did not work well and the grab and go breakfast needs a better system if you are going to wait in line for the sandwich and coffee.

There were a few things I didn't like, nothing major but they could do some work on it: - The grab and go breakfast is a quick way to have breakfast and you could also have a seat if there were tables available. However it was the same selection of food every single day (either a croissant or a fruit + either an egg sandwich or a yogurt with granola + one coffee/tea/orange juice). As I do not eat anything salted in the morning, I had to have croissant and yogurt every day for 5 days. It would be great if they could present different options at least every couple of days. - The refrigerator was missing from the room (even though it was in the spec), however they brought it upon our request. - There was water dropping from the AC. Even though we raised the issue, it wasn't fixed and water kept dropping. - The balcony was locked. I had to go to reception and asked for it to get unlocked. - I didn't feel welcome, no one smiled in that hotel! - We had to pay 1$ per luggage to keep it stored for a few hours after the check out. I found it really unnecessary for a hotel of that level.

We had king suite with balcony. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable and they gave a selection of coffees every day. The bathroom was good and the shower worked well. The location was great, round the corner from Times Square, however you could not hear a lot of noise (I was on the 17th floor though). I received my deposit back within 24 hours.

Great location For all the travel I did in my life never seen breakfast included option like that 🤨breakfast to go? With the limitations what you can get.. this or that.. I don’t think you could save more people! It was soooo cheap and soooo weird that I was so embarrassed having my family from Europe and experiencing something like this… you guys should definitely try better esp in the heart of the most visited city in the world!!

Breakfast voucher/offer was a joke. Using the voucher you get extremely basic sub-par breakfast, and you still end up paying a lot, because the upcharge for any minimal extras, like a glass of juice, is unreasonably expensive. I would recommend to anyone staying at the hotel to go find breakfast outside - being in the middle of NYC there are so many options that are better than what the hotel offers. It would be best for the hotel not to claim "breakfast included", than offer the voucher.

I called some parcels from Amazon to the hotel, so they charge me 8 Dollars per parcel which is like very unnecessary.

A clear lack of attention to detail. There was mold in my room on the ceiling. While the moldings have been painted a nice color, the paint is chipped and gives the appearance of something that hasn’t been taken care of. Windows are very dirty and had paint splatter. The room I stayed in was definitely no frills. It didn’t even have a dresser. In the bathroom, there was only one outlet, not even an outlet with two receptacles, only one.

The location is great…right off Times Square. The elevators are quick and it is very secure. There are many outlets in the sleeping area.

The discounted and free breakfast at the hotel was so bad we didn’t use our tickets and ate good breakfasts at other restaurants. Why was there no hand soap in the bathrooms? Loud construction all night outside our room. We had a hard time getting someone to come up to unlock our joined rooms. Didn’t use that feature until almost 3rd day.

The location close to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great room, great location. Bathroom is small but very functional and clean. Can not fault the room. Daily grab and go breakfast was good value and the bond restaurant for dinner was excellent.
