Breakfast voucher/offer was a joke. Using the voucher you get extremely basic sub-par breakfast, and you still end up paying a lot, because the upcharge for any minimal extras, like a glass of juice, is unreasonably expensive. I would recommend to anyone staying at the hotel to go find breakfast outside - being in the middle of NYC there are so many options that are better than what the hotel offers. It would be best for the hotel not to claim "breakfast included", than offer the voucher.

I called some parcels from Amazon to the hotel, so they charge me 8 Dollars per parcel which is like very unnecessary.

A clear lack of attention to detail. There was mold in my room on the ceiling. While the moldings have been painted a nice color, the paint is chipped and gives the appearance of something that hasn’t been taken care of. Windows are very dirty and had paint splatter. The room I stayed in was definitely no frills. It didn’t even have a dresser. In the bathroom, there was only one outlet, not even an outlet with two receptacles, only one.

The location is great…right off Times Square. The elevators are quick and it is very secure. There are many outlets in the sleeping area.

The discounted and free breakfast at the hotel was so bad we didn’t use our tickets and ate good breakfasts at other restaurants. Why was there no hand soap in the bathrooms? Loud construction all night outside our room. We had a hard time getting someone to come up to unlock our joined rooms. Didn’t use that feature until almost 3rd day.

Great room, great location. Bathroom is small but very functional and clean. Can not fault the room. Daily grab and go breakfast was good value and the bond restaurant for dinner was excellent.

Bathroom too old and tub really bad. Toilet almost on floor and not easy to get off. Also your grab and go breakfast not good. Not a piece of toast or bread of any kind. Really, think NY bagels the best anywhere were missing. How cheap can you get.

Great location. We stayed in the same room in 2015. Only oddity was it needed one more nightstand for the King bed room.

Room was lacking a fridge. The ‘Grab and go breakfast’ was very poor - there was no Oatmeal (which was advertised as available). It was Impossible to borrow a table knife to cut fruit for a child - obviously we wouldn’t bring a knife with us as we flew in to NY. The rolls were very greasy and the ‘parfait’ was over sweetened and heavy. The same options every day.

Bathroom was super small. Grab & go breakfast was sub par, plus having to go downstairs with limited area seating didn’t feel welcoming rather it felt like we were excluded from the general public. Particularly since we were charged $40 + facility fees per day for a subpar grab & go breakfast.
