The grounds itself was kind of dirty, like there’s lots of trash just floating around. With that being said during my stay there we discovered that there was a roach infestation.

The one thing that stood out to me the most was the super nice cleaning staff, they were wonderful people!

It didn’t say in the site that it was in construction or didn’t have a pool , They didn’t have no pool , no breakfast and when my husband had ask the guy in the front of there’s anywhere we could get ice that guy told him no go buy some , If I knew this place was like this we wouldn’t had stayed there..

The website is misleading. The pool was not operational, and no breakfast as stated. Building looked abandoned. Bedsheets were stained and had cigarette burns. The room was patched with tape. Won't be back.

the front desk said they didn’t have a plunger when our toilet got clogged. for a king size bed, they only had 3 uncomfortable pillows, the tv didn’t work, and they didn’t have a decent blanket to sleep with only a sheet

The staff at the front desk was slow, even after my room was paid for already, place looked run down, old and out of date. Paint chipped walls, wall plugs missing the cover plate.

I liked that it was convenient.

When I first arrived the staff told me to wait outside for a half of an hour because I booked online. I explained to them that it doesn't take 30 minutes for an online booking to show up on their computer system. I convinced the staff to check it and there it was. I booked a non-smoking room and the staff told me that there was not a non-smoking room available that I had to have a smoking room. Reluctantly I agreed to it because there was no other rooms she claimed. When I got to that room the TV did not work. She assigned me to another room after telling me there was no other non-smoking rooms and this room happened to be a non-smoking room the air conditioner did not work. Finally the third room I got had a TV that worked and air conditioning that worked and it was a non-smoking room. The parking lot for truck parking had craters the size of my truck. I also ask for my money back and refuse to stay. Apparently that was not an option to get my money back because the general manager did not come in until the morning. Luckily they got me to a room that was satisfying enough to stay.

The only staff member I was in contact with was friendly even though she lied to me about not having other non-smoking rooms available and tried to get me to settle for a smoking room with a TV that did not work. It was clean.

The fact that did not have water at all times during the few days i was there. I couldn’t shower before i checked out or when i checked in. Had to shower at a friends in the area. Upon arrival they tried to over charge me had to call customer service to get it corrected. There was no pool as advertised it’s cemented. There in breakfast as advertised so if your expecting that or a pool stay somewhere else. It looks like a drug user motel and there been 2 murders here in the past few months check the news.
