We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe shower was ridiculous. I have never in my 71 years seen a shower without a single ledge, shelf, cubby hole or soap tray. Everything including soap, shampoo, conditioner and razor had to go on the floor. If it had soap and shampoo in dispensers I might understand, but there was nothing. And this was a fairly new shower! Walls were also paper thin. We were supposed to have a king but was given a queen. Did not want to deal with blase staff to change.

United StatesNo elevator!!!! How can you charge that much and then we old folk have to lug suitcases up the stairs? If you’re modernizing, you really need a lift! And replace the parking lot so it looks new and nice like the inside of the place.

The location of the hotel was great. It was very close to Safeway and Fred Meyer. The room with a water view was quiet, clean and a decent size. I enjoyed watching the heron walking through the slough in the early morning.

United StatesWiFi was very spotty and was annoying, most likely due to the room location from the central point. The sheets felt very rough, this is unusual. Operating the TV with two remotes was confusing and frustrating.
Rooms have been upgraded since our last stay and are very nice. The room was comfortable. Upgraded TV and nice bathrooms/sink area. The area was quiet for good sleeping.

the upgraded rooms were comfortable, attractive & functionable. The lighting for the room was great with different wattage for the sink area vs bed nights was appropriate. Also the the computer access from the desk, to bed area was great. The shower was also good with the features of the widened shower curtain, the facets worked well & the shower head was comfortable with good pressure. the clean design improvement from the simple relaxing color scheme, furniture & a comfortable bed made the room a good stay.

United StatesThe location was on the river, which was nice, but you definitely have to drive to get to anything in Coos Bay. Not a deal breaker though... the price for one room was maybe a little higher than we would like.
This motel was surprisingly great! It was a last minute book for us on a road trip and we were delighted by the cleanliness and quietness of this motel. The staff were also pleasant and very helpful.

United StatesBoth keys stopped working, forcing us to walk to desk and wait, because no one was there. New keys didn't work as well. All outside doors were intentionally propped open by staff, the entire time we stayed, even in the night. No one answered the front desk when we called 3 times from our room phone forcing us to walk to the front desk and a person was sitting in the lobby ignoring the ringing phone, which was difficult because we are both elderly and our room was at the far end of this "motel". For the money we paid, there should have been some breakfast, but none was offered. The entire building, excluding the rooms was very run down and dirty.
