The AC was bad not cold, and didn’t have any air blowing power poor poor power, the beds were not very comfortable and there was no breakfast offered

The unit wasnt cooling

Front desk young man was very attentive to our needs for our stay. The house keeping lady came by to check up onour AC unit due to not cooling. She made sure we had a room right away available for us.

The area isn’t the best but the hotel was clean and updated. The hotel is beside the freeway but we could not hear anything outside. We will stay in that hotel again when we go back to Kingsville.

The room was hot, the a/c was not turned on. The hotel staff does not turn on the a/c, we had to do it ourselve when we arrived, which made it extrememly hot when we walked into the room. We turned the a/c on ourselves and still it was hot. After an hour, the room was still hot; the a/c was not working. We called the front desk, they sent someone over; turns out the unit was not working. They moved us to another room; that room was just as hot, again because the a/c was not turned on; we turned it on when we arrived. It took over 2 hours for the room to cool. Finanlly, by the time we fell asleep, the room had cooled down. Also, there are guests who seem to live there because there were alot of men in the first floor who were having a cookout (bbq pit) outside their front door and all were drinking outside. They were all sitting in the steps going up to our room, we had to walk around to the other side to walk up to the 2nd floor.

The air conditioner was freezing over and the guest receptionist was rude. .. I was charged double by the hotel and cooking . Com

I like the Asian lady and maintenance guy the last day I was there . The whole time I was there I tried to reach the front desk because I needed to transfer to my room and my boyfriend as wee , however the receptionists didn't allow me to be connected to my room... That's what pissed me off ...

It was really hot in the room and no matter how much the AC ran, it didn’t cool the room. We had to buy a fan to circulate the air. The comforter also had stains on it.

The room was decent. It was quiet, and the price was really reasonable. Check in and out were both fast and efficient.

the air/ac never turned cold. we had a horrible night having to sleep in the heat. the room never cooled down. we literally sweated in bed. I did however call the front desk at night and let them know. and still nothing was done. I wish it would of been a better turn out. I was in town for a funeral, we live in Austin texas. hopefully they get it fixed because I do t see it fair. overall it was a horrible stay because of the heat. other than that, the room was clean. that’s the only good thing.

The front desk worker wasn't in uniform, gave attitude to me when I checked in and my key card wasn't working. The door handle opened the wrong way so I had to go back and ask for help, and he purposefully sat on his phone and walked slow to the room behind me. The bed had weird stains on the sheets, and the towels had stains on them. I didn't even shower in the tub, I just left it was so gross. Front desk worker has 0 business being in customer service, and I didn't even know there was breakfast available and wasn't about to ask.

The queen sized beds are more like full sized beds, so if you are planning on sharing a bed with someone, the queen sized beds are really small here compared to any other place I have ever stayed!

I was disappointed because we were staying at his mom's house and it was crowded there for the holidays so I got this room for one night just so my husband and I could get one night of good sleep. That didn't happen because the queen sized bed was really a full sized tiny bed.

The walk to the office was too long.

Stayed her during the winter storm stayed here 3 nights. I felt the staff and maintenance was around the clock making sure guests were comfortable. Made me feel like family. This stay was for leisure again made sure our one night was up to what I needed. Highly recommend this place.
