You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I called prior to my visit to make sure pet were allowed but never td they could not stay without me being in the room at all times. I did not find out until I was two hours away from my room.

United StatesThe price was a bit high for one night stay. When I booked the rooms I was told one price but when I arrived at the property I was charged a higher amount. The TV was not working properly, I was trying to watch a movie but the reception kept going offline. The room looked clean but I found a coin on the sink counter. I always carry disinfecting wipes when I travel, so I wiped everything down just in case it hadn’t been cleaned. Perhaps in the near future you should consider having hot food items for breakfast eggs, sausage/bacon, hash browns etc. due to the price for 1 night a bit high compared to other hotels.
Good location , a short drive to the beach? Parking lot well lit.

The room was nice, my kids loved the pool and the staff was nice. I also loved having a hot breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was good. I checked the reviews and they we're mostly good. The towels we're stained but we used our own the beds are hard but it wasn't awful to sleep. The room was clean, the hotel seems newly remodeled. Breakfast was cereal and grits the juice wasn't working we didn't plan to eat anyway so that was fine. The pool was clean. Overall like I said it was fine I would stay again. The queen suite is nice the pictures we're accurate.
