The price point was a bit high, even though it was among the lower priced options in the area.

The motel has been nicely renovated. It was a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The bed was comfortable. The sink did not drain, but that’s a standard maintenance issue, and I alerted the staff.

It almost appeared that our room was under construction to be remodeled. It smelled very clean when we entered- strong smell of Fabuloso, and that was ok. The bathroom counter looked to have just been replaced and had a board holding it up. We were afraid that it would collapse if we leaned on it. The doors were pretty dirty looking. The mattress was like sleeping on the concrete floor- very hard!

We were late booking a room for a ceremony at Auburn that our son was a part of. No rooms were available except for this hotel or extremely expensive hotels. So, we were thankful for a room.

I didn't like the fact that it seemed to not have been swept in a while there was mold growing all on the ceiling of the shower. I had to search for roaches when I got there because of my first night staying at the motel 6 in opalika. This one wasn't infested like them but I did see a few. I just killed them and went on to sleep because I already had had a difficult weekend dealing with the first stay I had and had to much money out for refunds because of the motel 6 and another hotel over booking and didn't want to be broke trying to come home.

everything listed above, I am saving my pictures for court. I also spoke with Booking.com and complained about the problem and all they said is that their policy does not allow refund or to make the guest made whole ok do they policy speak about the bedbug's infestation.

I did not like anything about the place #1 the sink was clogged, and water just stayed there #2 the bathroom tub was clogged also i call the front desk and they sent a young guy to my room and he took pictures of the water standing in the sink #3 the bed felt like i was actually sleeping on the ground never have i ever laid on a bed that was that hard. I call to front desk about it and was told " I'm sorry you are having a bad night" #4 this was the straw that broke the camel back I was eating by BEDBUGS and i showed it to the manager the next morning and all he could say is that they had the exterminator out before and that he did a good job, well he didn't and i have pictures to prove it and then they said that they could not refund me my money back and i paid for 2 days. And he said that they couldn't refund me my money so i told him that i was going to take it to court then he writes on my receipt that they will refund me the day that i didn't stay i don't agree with that because i paid for safety and comfort and i didn't get it. I had to go to the ER because it was so bad and i don't feel like i should pay for anything i will let the Judge make that decision and I'm not going to be asking for no apology and hopefully this will make them clean and do better about the care of people that stay and think that the place is clean but it's not.

I was charged more than the agreed rate and after calling for the manager Perry for over a week, and being told multiple times he was not in but would call me back, I havent had any satisfaction.

Bed was hard and kept moving. Extremely small barely bigger than a twin. Sheets and comforter were stained with blood and other questionable stuff. Staff wouldn’t refund or even discount the room and handed me the sheets to fix the bed myself

for starters they advertise a room for 69. when we got there it was for a smoking room that was filthy and reeked of smoke! we went back to receptionist and we had to pay an additional 20. per night. Also advised free breakfast so next morning I went down stairs to get coffee and it was so thick like it had been there all night no free breakfast to be found I opened the refrigerators to see if there was anything to eat for breakfast but only found the associates lunch bag?? As I was walking across the street to get coffee from the circle K, a nice Tesla pulls up out comes a young well dressed young man, I just wondered if he was the owner? we checked out around 10am as I approached the desk this young guy was behind the desk and I asked is that your Tesla he said yes and I also asked are you the owner and he said yes! can I help you with anything? I said no just checking out

Charging fair rate as given to others

I booked months in advance for granddaughter's graduation at Auburn at a rate of $281 per night. While checking in observed a lady asking if a room was available and the rate and was told yes a room was available for $179. Was very shocked at the difference in rate she was given!!!!

Did not like the fact that it advertised and was told that it would have the breakfast and after getting there that night we were told there would be no breakfast because it was under renovation and they were not serving anything that was the only downfall for staying there
