We had no issues on the night we stayed on April 9th, everything was great.

This stay was not as good as it usually is. First I was given a room that was already occupied with another guest, it was midnight when I arrived and the clerk gave me my key, I went to my room opened the door and there were people in the room that I woke up and we were all shocked, I immediately apologized and closed the door, I told the clerk and she said there shouldn’t be anyone in that room but there was! She gave me another room on the second floor, we settled in and when I went to get ice the ice machine didn’t work (no sign on it) and the sanitizer dispenser was empty…I told the morning clerk what happened when she asked me how my stay was and she was also shocked. Anyway this was the only time I have had issues with this property, if I decide to stay there again I hope my experience will be better.

The window didn't have a screen and with toddlers... it's kind of scary. Our bathtub didn't plug so there's no way to take a bath. Again, with toddlers it wasn't the ideal situation.

The location was great. It was nice to have the free breakfast option but the food wasn't very good. Our room was comfortable but had a few issues.

Our tv didn’t work. The gentleman at the front desk tried to get it working but it was a hardware issue I think. He could have offered us a change of room but he didn’t, though to be fair, we didn’t ask for it. It was not taken care of the next day either. The air conditioner was extremely noisy and disturbed our sleep.

For a free breakfast it was ok. The second morning the bread and eggs had run out. More bread was bought out eventually (the lady looking after breakfast was also taking care of the front desk).

Not enough pillows. The pillows they had were way too small. Had to go to Walmart down the street and buy a couple to get a decent night's sleep. First night was terrible and I was tired the next day due to lack of sleep.

The location was in a good area, by everything, which was convenient. Didn't get a chance to try out the pool or gym. The employees were friendly.

There were sugar ants on the bathroom floor. The linen smelt funky. The thicker blankets had spots on them like they weren't properly cleaned. The staff had attitude and was rude.

I liked the location and how easy it was to get there. I also liked how there was nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

Don’t advertise breakfast unless you’re referring your guests to a nearby restaurant. No eggs, bacon, sausage potatoes, fresh fruit. Whe you confirm a room level in a confirmation, keep it.

Confirmed a room on the 1st floor, changed it when I got there. Breakfast was not breakfast. $140 room with a microwave breakfast biscuit something. Bed was excellent

You charge too much for a pet. Most of the other places only charge 10 to $15 at night. Some places that's actually free.

The breakfast was the most pathetic I've seen in years. There was nothing but one mini fridge with a couple of cold egg muffins or burritos and some microwaves. No warm food, nothing I could eat because of my food allergies. Usually worth a continental breakfast I can at least eat the eggs and bacon, but there was nothing I could eat.

The room was nice, spacious and clean.

Toilet flush was not working properly. Staff was not very friendly. What they offered as ‘breakfast’ is an insult to the guests. It looks like hotels now figured out a way to cheat guests out of what used to be a decent breakfast. I am afraid that this is how it is going to be permanently. Booking sites like Priceline should stop stating that these hotels offer ‘breakfast’. What they offer does not qualify as ‘breakfast’. It’s a shame.
