We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was no protein option for breakfast except for refrigerated mini sausage burgers and burritos to put in the microwave. The rest was carbs. I went to the truck stop for some hard boiled eggs. Also, this motel is on the outskirts of town. No walking options and only one small restaurant near by.
Room was large and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and window could be opened. Mini fridge was roomy. Shower was hot.

United States of AmericaI called ahead of time to ensure there was EV charging facilities and was told yes and there were part of room. When arrived and checked in told no, EV charging was separate cost. Bummer, I would have made different plans if knew this. No indications when making reservations that EV charging available or at additional cost. The EV chargers at facility worked ok but at high Kw/rate. Staff at check in were unfamiliar with EV charging "it's out there and I don't know anything about it." When asked where to park after charging was told to not park in space closet to main entrance because "that's where the manager parks". This was sad and shows that customer comes after manager!

The pool area is now open, my room was fairly quiet, the bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe selection at breakfast was minimal. Usually you have more fruit and pastry selections. I used your equipment at the gym but I had to wipe the dust off of the treadmill and elliptical machine before using it, from the construction.
The price is right and the location is good. The room was comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is nice. The Dove shampoo and conditioner is a nice touch.
