Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIn the room, the door from the Bathroom it had a patch and it seems that paint was falling because it was all over the floor and the TV we couldn't turn it on and the bed only had sheets, not a comforter and i had a problem with the bartender at the bar she became very Nasty.
The Pool was really Clean in the area of the pool and the front desk she was really Nice

United StatesIt was a comedy of errors too lengthy to write here. Pool cloudy so I avoided swimming which I was really looking forward to. They needed instruction sheets on how things work in the different rooms. I have never had to think about this stuff until this stay. Now I know how to survey a room.

United StatesI accidently booked another night via booking.com to extend my stay one more night. I had an original booking for sat and Sunday labor day weekend. Our semi didn't get fixed so on sun evening, I booked again for Monday night bit accidently made it for that same Sunday night. I asked if they could refund it and was told no. Then I had to pay another $14.00 to stay in the room we were already renting. I was told by staff I had to pay it again unless I wanted to check out and then check back in. I've never had a problem with extending my stay and having to pay to stay anyways in my same room. I will not come back or recommend clarion or booking.com any longer. I didn't have the extra money to pay double for the same night and pay the $14 extra. I'm on disability. It was a good stay u til then. When I checked in the first time, I was not informed of there being a restaurant attached or a free breakfast at same restaurant. First morning had to buy something.

United StatesHot tub wasn't working properly and pool was nice but needs to be cleaned regularly. Water was very cloudy. The rooms are very dated and they micro manage. Charge fir keys if not left at desk and charge for pool towels if not brought back to desk when done.
The place ok kinda dated, court yard is very nice, probably really nice back in the day.

United StatesI booked a balcony room but was put into a non balcony room that was dirty, dingy and the door had to be slammed to fully close. The cafe was closed when I went for lunch and since they no longer have KJ Mac, the bar was dead on Saturday night.

United StatesI don’t understand why if I am already staying in a room there and make a booking for the next night. Why do I have to pay another $100 deposit for the second night when you have one already. Also having to pay the early check in fee when I am staying in the same room makes no sense to me because the room didn’t have to be cleaned and we were there already?
We loved the hotel room no complaints there. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming.
