Wish bars were open a little later in the evening/night.

It was very family friendly, on the beach, sizable rooms, ocean views, water parks, hot tubs/pools and centralized to a lot of attractions.

Indoor lazy River and pools too cold, lots of “out of control” older children and teenagers running around the lazy river without tubes and wrestling where little kids are trying to float…palmetto building.

Pools of all kinds and activities for children. Employees were all very nice and helpful.

Air conditioner definitely needs an upgrade in the room as well as the stove.

We usually get a two or three bedroom, but this was the first time we got just a double deluxe room. It was decent, and the ocean front was nice. The air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor and not cooling properly. Maintenance came a few hours after check in amd fixed it. There was paint chipped and peeling around the sink. The stove didn't work properly either. Only one eye worked, so we couldn't cook. Other than that, it was a great trip. The breakfast buffet for $13 was ok.

It was not a big deal to me I just noticed the property inside looked older. As if it had not been remodeled in a while.

I liked having two different buildings with one for younger kids. That is great for families trying to keep age groups separate.

You can not check in till 4 and that’s a hold day gone buy and got to check out at 11 come on check out at 12 is ok come knock on the door for me to get out and said that no room service on the day you check out

The hallways in between the rooms weren’t super neat, but I guess with the number of people going back and forth to the beach and the waterparks, it is to be expected. Going into this, I had booked the hotel based on the rave reviews on Booking.com, but just before driving there I had looked at the reviews on Google and those were horrible. People had huge roaches in their rooms and stuff, so I was very skeptical going in. Not sure if we just got lucky, but we stayed in the Palmetto tower(opposite the parking garage) and we had NO roach or other cleanliness issues with our room. It was great.

The location was awesome. Right at the beach. Our room was on the first floor, so you could literally just walk out to the beach. Plus it was an Ocean View King room, so we had a really nice view of the ocean right from our balcony. With the supermoon happening the week we were there it was a very pretty sight. The 2 onsite water parks were awesome. My kid had loads of fun. The lazy river was very relaxing. The onsite breakfast restaurant was amazing! The parking garage was convenient, spacious and easy to get to.

The room definitely needed updates .I believe these are all privately owned condos. We were in room 635. There were areas of water damage /cracking in paint, broken moulding, Murphy bed had a loose screw, pull out sofa has a spring missing so it was unusable. *WI-FI ... I work remotely and the Wi-Fi was really bad at this hotel. I had to use the hot spot on my phone to work. Smart TVs had Netflix... Etc but movies constantly buffeted.. It was definitely an issue

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary aged children). The amenities were amazing! Water slides, hot tubs, lazy rivers, indoor and outdoor pool. Giant chess and checkers, tabletop games, mini golf, beach access, tiki bar, vending machines, restaurants... Etc. We had a double deluxe. The room was surprisingly roomie! Private bedroom with two beds and a TV and closet, long hallway, washer and dryer, kitchen with oven, dishwasher, sink, full fridge, microwave. Living room with a Murphy bed and pull out sofa, TV and small dining table. Private balcony with view of the ocean. Long Hall with washer and dryer in room. Large bathroom. All staff we encountered was nice and went above and beyond.

Too many kids in the pool, but i get it, its due to the water park in premises , I recommend this hotel for families with kids. not good for just couples, unless so many kids do not bother you.

Room was super clean, great kitchenette with all kitchen ware needed, living room was also excellent.

Super dirty rooms, our tile in our bathroom was cracked all over so you felt it under your feet. Super dirty floor. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
