It was very comfortable, great size room, excellent location. I can see why it’s so popular with their evening drinks and snacks, we really enjoyed that. Staff were excellent as well. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Nice hotel. Great location, and the breakfast is really great. And that’s says a lot bc I don’t normally eat hotel breakfast bc I’ve worked at one before and everything was frozen. But this was great. And the kickback was awesome too

Fabulous location with access to the Riverwalk and very central. The staff were very engaging with lots of helpful information. The free drinks & buffet vouchers for the evening & breakfast were also a bonus. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Valet was good but didn't communicate when we were leaving and we were waiting on our vehicle for almost 25 minutes. We never got the text that our vehicle was in the area and finally went outside to check and it was out. We were following their guidelines and they didn't send the communication as the text message indicated would happen.

My friends and I found this Drury hotel lovely. The history of the old bank building remains in the lobby, the elevator was very fast to respond and to get up many flights, and our room was a great size for 3 people. The room layout was nice with a sitting area, adjacent to a desk for one to work, a kitchenette to the side, and the bathroom was away from the two queen beds so not to disturb those sleeping. The beds were not firm like I usually prefer, but very comfortable. The free happy hour and breakfast included in our booking were chocked full of choices-full meals for sure. We enjoyed the convenient location to sites, being along the waterfront, and the rooftop views were beautiful at night. The employees were all friendly, efficient, and very helpful!

Personal very attentive, rooms and the property in general very clean. Breakfast delicious. Swimming pool and hot tub very clean. I would recommend to anyone. We had a good stay.

The entire hotel is carpeted, and our room smelt like wet carpet. There is also no exhaust in the washroom which likely increases the humidity in the area contributing to the smell. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but just something to keep in mind if you’re very sensitive to smells. Also, the unit that we had was in an adjacent tower, and getting to the tower required getting to a different floor and switching elevators so it generally took ~5 minutes to get from the lobby to the specific room, something to keep in mind if you have accessibility concerns. Would be great if they had more vegetarian options, however, there was a good amount

Excellent staff who went above and beyond, right on the river walk, numerous areas to sit and mingle, decent array of breakfast items, 24/7 tea/coffee station, kickback had good snacks. Vegetarian breakfast items generally included a waffle and pancake station, some breads with gems and cream cheese, fruits, oatmeal station, cereal station. Sometimes a vegetarian options would have beef stock in them
