The parking structure I wasn’t comfortable walking at night from my car

When the AC was on, at times, it picked up people smoking outside. The room would smell like smoke then after a while, it went away. Suggest to change smoking location.

I talked with Jo Jo the bar tender 2 out of the 5 days and she was accommodating and pleasant. For example, I asked if she had suggestions for my daughter and I to visit and she had a number of ideas. The breakfast was great, the room was fine and the location was OK. Parking was a tight squeeze.

They charge parking 33 $per night. The parking area is too small and you can damage your car. The hotel pictures online are not updated it is actually an old building on their wall and pool. I guess it is the reason for the price

The room was clean but tired. The carpet was worn, walls and trim had some scratches. The pool was cold and the parking garage a bit tight to navigate. Not a good value for the money we paid considering we also paid 33 bucks a night for parking

After reading some poor reviews we were worried about our stay but the hotel was much better than we were expecting. Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable

The refrigerators in both of the rooms I rented did not work. One of the rooms had a foul odor to it, which we tolerated by keeping our sliding door open. It’s also ludicrous that the hotel charges for parking when they don’t provide protection of property or surveillance. Any other place I’ve stayed, I’m provided a parking voucher, at no charge, for 1 car per room. The parking structure alone is a reason not to return.

Location was decent. I had to make a few drives to grocery stores and retail stores during my stay and all were within 10 min driving.

The room was very small for a party of 5. We stayed 3 days, and it never got cleaned once. The only time someone came to the room to clean it was on the last night and at 6pm when we were getting ready to go out in the evening. On the first day of arrival, there was room service food sitting outside our room door. I mentioned this twice to reception as on day 3 it was still there and was stinking. Only after mentioning it three times to reception did it get removed. This is a poor reflection on the hotels overall standards. The pool area was also pretty dirty too including the pool which was not great - despite the pictures on the website.

The hotel was pretty basic all round. Nothing really stood out for me.

My towels and sheets had stains, the rules for the breakfast are ridiculous, I wanted a balcony view but my view was of a bush, so loud (u can gear everything), overpriced market, my sheets were never changed.

Didn’t realize that we would need to pay for parking. Parking is $33 per night. The garage was very small and hard to navigate in a mini van. Breakfast is not included and is $21 for a buffet per adult. Room smelled damp and our bedsheets were damp when we first checked in. Wi-Fi is also not included and an extra $10 per night. Wasn’t expecting so many things to not be included in the room rate.

Had to pay for parking. Very loud people were in the pool late and you could hear them yelling. In the parking lot there was someone throwing up. There's was 2 men just walking around the parking lot.

I was on the 7th floor. Ice machine not working on that floor. Had to go down a floor to get ice.
