Carpet & room need updating. $28 a day parking unnessary!

The staff was very good. The meal menu was limited. The bartender Serve drinks, took hamburger order and served. Need more staff & bigger menu.

The shower handle was broken when we arrived, so we either had to take a super cold or super hot shower, no in between.

Reservation said "breakfast included", but iIT WAS NOT, we had to pay for it on the spot. Also, the breakfast options were extremely limited.

The installations are old and in bad shape, the bathroom is old and the bath was rusty, the jacuzzi was missing paint, in general gives you the idea that they haven’t invest in long time.

There was some water damage or just damage in general in the room and bathroom. the back of the toilet was broken and glued/pasted back together, the bathroom counter was cracked and one of the bathroom doors did not lock but still in comparison to our other hotel it was immaculate

It was very clean which was a huge deal traveling with a 1 and 2 year old. Also we were originally booked to stay with another large hotel chain nearby. However, when we arrived it was dirty, there were bugs and it was not at all as they advertised. So being able find your hotel and book it the same day was a lifesaver for our family vacation.

We thought breakfast was included but when got there they said no. Also we’re Hungary & wanted to eat dinner but your your restaurant was closed till 6 which was odd most restaurants open at 5 so we went to the Marriott & had a great dinner. Reception was a little on the ride side as well!

The staff upon arrival was rude; specifically Anthony. He had a terrible attitude and wasn't helpful at all.

The security and contactless entry took some getting used to but it was pretty convenient

It was a "non smoking" room but the patio area REAKED of smoke, and was filthy. It overlooked a roof of the part of the hotel that was covered in empty alcohol bottles and beer cans. The staff wasn't friendly and there was no microwave. Which for the price, there should have been.

The beds were super comfy, and the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. Location of the hotel was nice. Thankfully there was a fridge.

There wasn't a sofa bed like it said. The pillows were very flat. Bathroom door was hard to close. Floors were a little stained and also a stain on the sheets. Didn't seem too clean.

There was a pool, hot tub, and an outside area to play corn hole.

Charging $25. per car, per night nearly doubled the cost of the room. The hallway carpets were extremely stained and the elevators broke multiple times in only 2 days.
