We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe had an issue with our toilet stool leaking and covering a large part of the bathroom floor in the first room . There was no maintenance staff available so we had to repack all out belongings and move to another room at 9 pm . When we got to the second room the entrance light into the room would not come on at first but did eventually.seemed to be a problem with the switch. Then there was a problem with the toilet stool in this room also , not shutting off when flushed. I had to take off the tank lid and tighten a screw fastened to the handle . I had to do this several times. I believe the problem was the threads on the handle were stripped and handle needs to be replaced .Staff offered to move us again but we did not want to repack again. I would like to say again that staff was very helpful and apologetic for our inconveniences. They made a work order for repairs to be done by maintenance.
The facility was clean and convenient The staff was exceptionally nice and helped resolve the problems we encountered in a very efficient manner.

When we arrived we were placed in a handicapped accessible room, which was fine but the shower had hand held shower head and the hook to hold the shower head was broke/missing. On Saturday morning I asked the front desk to take a look at it so we could take a shower later and the front desk said ok no problem. We got back later Saturday night and nothing had been done. I then asked the front desk to take a look again and they said it would be Sunday morning before they could fix it. We had to check out Sunday morning. Other than that, the stay was great.
