I Noticed a lot of people bringing in cans of beer from the supermarkets which is much cheaper than beer at the hotel bar.Maybe if they reduced their prices at the hotel bar they would attract more customers.

The Beach and Location were wonderful.The Room was a decent Size and served it's purpose.The Staff were Great,the Food was Good and at a reasonable price for a beach front hotel.

The attitude of the night 'accountant' on June 7th @ 10pm. She needs improvement in her people skills.

I liked the ocean front view. I liked the spaciousness of the room. I liked having seating in the room. I liked the direct access to the beach and the fact that there were no sand dunes to contend with. Awesome to have access to cabanas and appreciated the spacing.

There were almost no inconveniences, but the exterior of the building was very old, and when I tried to swim early in the morning, there were so many bugs floating around, but no one cleaned them up. I wish they paid more attention to cleanliness.

It was nice that it was connected to the beach and that nearby amenities were within walking distance.

The rooms could use a little updating the Ocean Front room we were in smelled a little moldy. I am sure it's caused by people leaving the balcony door open. Other than that no complaints.

We loved the location being directly on the beach and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would like. They really need to get some people who know how to clean and go deep in there to get all the dirt and garbage from all the cracks.

I loved the location. On one side of the resort it’s an amazing beach and if you cross the street, there’s a strip mall with everything you might need within three minutes walking distance.

Mosquitos in room caused itchy bite marks all over body. Complained to front office and very nice. They sent someone up to spray and it was resolved.

This was our third year at this resort. We returned mostly because of the outdoor bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, it was closed the week we were there due to electrical issues. We were so disappointed. Although we were told the issue would be resolved by mid-week, it was not.

The resort is ocean front and the beach is very clean and not too crowded. There are cabanas and umbrellas with chairs available. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of seating. The resort is close to a grocery store and other small stores.

The location was perfect and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Beach was easy access and that was important to us. It was a quieter area of the island and we enjoyed that.l

Property has a great location. Directly on the beach. Having beach cabanas was a plus. Conveniently located across the street from a Publix, Starbucks, & dolphin landing . We took the Sun-runner bus to Tropicana Field (bus stop next door to resort) for a Red Sox game. Walkable to other local restaurants/stores. Download the Freebie app for transportation along gulf blvd. On site restaurants and bars were great. Staff were friendly & accommodating. We had the best lunches at Flippers. Great spot for drinks and sunset views. Overall great vacation.

The rooms on the inside around the doors and all moulding could use some fixing up. The hotel is on the older side and could use a good renovation! A/C was ice cold, bed was comfortable.

Beach location was wonderful! Location of the hotel was great, within walking distant of anything you might need. Publix, drug store, Starbucks, IHOP, Japanese steakhouse, dollar tree, Icecream shop, etc. The room was very nice except for the fact that they did not have a room with a king size bed available. Had to take a room with 2 double beds! This was not good. All employees at the hotel are FANTASTIC!!! What a nice group of employees!

The only complaint is the quality of the room towels. They were not soft and felt scratchy on a sunburn
