We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room was damp and musky. It was very clean however. The pool surface was dirty and needed all the bugs scooped out. and the outside and pool area needed a grass cut and clean up. The pool needed a little shade.
The hotel staff was wonderful. And the price was great!

This is a valued hotel that I would definitely recommend to my friends. The bed is comfortable. Everything else is good, worth every penny that I paid for. I would like to add a little comment to the pool that there are tons of insects in the pool. It’s not hotel’s fault because it’s outside but I just want to let you know. I will come back to stay here in September for LEGOLAND for sure. Location is great. It’s in the middle of the town surrounded by tons of restaurants, convenient stores and everything that you need but it’s unbelievably quiet which is what I need the most!

Inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area, 30 minute drive from Disney and Universal, friendly staff. It does the job if you are looking for a couple of nights to stay and want to save money. McDonald's, convenience store, and pub nearby.

United StatesTha cleaning crew never checked our room during the 5 day stay. We had to put the soiled bath towels and wash cloths in the floor in the hall to be removed, no clean ones were replaced. We had to go to the lobby desk daily for clean bath towels. The trash was running over in the bathroom and bed/sit room and never checked. Tha shower was not as clean as it should be, but acceptable.
Amazing staff at the lobby, really much nicer than most facilities. Really great people.

The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic!!! So friendly and helpful. Gonna actually miss them. Loved there was places to eat and grab snacks later at night. They had available brochures for us to look at and find places to go. Loved they had an outdoor pool.
