We asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. They ended up “cleaning” it the next day. All they did was take trash and make the beds with the same linens that were on the bed. The entire property is outdated but it isn’t a huge deal for the price and location.

Great location! This is our second time staying here. I will say, the first time was a lot better than this time. All staff were nice. I’ll definitely continue staying here unless I find a way better deal.

The bed sheets could have done with being replaced (pulled cords and light stains) but other than that very good for the money. A bit dated but to be expected at the price point.

Spacious room with fridge. Close location to Disney, only 10 mins by car to Animal Kingdon. Washing machine. Amazing value.

There is not that much to do within walking distance in the surrounding area however uber/lyft are cheap and there is a bus stop outside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very affordable in comparison to other places we'd seen. There is a bus stop outside - this bus stop is on a grassy verge but the buses were very regular and reliable. The location is also very close to Disney which is where we went after staying here.

Unfortunately, the room had an odd smell that persisted throughout our 4- night stay. It seemed to be a mix of a musty smell and a chemical smell. Perhaps they cleaned the carpets when they updated? And there was constant condensation in the window with possible mildew / mold growing in the space. The batheoom wall was textured and had some faint smears, the pocket door (neer the edge) and around the frame of the shower door were moderately dirty / grimy. The AC was a unit near the window that blew directly on the side of the bed which made it very cold to be on that side BUT there was an extra blanket in the room, so that solved that issue.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. I was provided plenty of shampoo, as I forgot mine, and housekeeping did a good job. The size of the fridge was excellent and they are obviously trying to update the rooms as ours had new furniture, with plenty of storage. The location was close to everything we needed and there was a 7-11 & a McDonald's right there.

I didn’t like the guy who checked us in when we arrived. I don’t remember his name, but he was just treating my family and myself in a really bad way. You should get that people fired. They’re just making us and everyone else’s vacations the bad way. The rest of the staff was pretty good and amicable with us.

The value for money: it is a really affordable hotel and that lets you spend money on park tickets and transport. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. Hotel is close to Disney parks (20 min by car) which is a good advantage.

I didn't particularly like the outdated shower stall. Also, there should be better cleaning of the pool. Furniture cabinets need a better cleaning as well.

It was close proximity to a Seven eleven and Mcdonalds. Short drive to other attractions as well. Hotel provides towels for the pool area. Regards

This is some constructive criticism. I'm not sure if the AC was out in the lobby and hallways, but it was very hot in both the hallways, lobby, and especially that elevator. When I walked in, I was punched in the face by this smell that wasn't pleasant. It either died down, or I got used to the smell over the duration of my stay. Exterminators did eliminate your bug problem, but with how persistent housekeeping was to get into my room to clean it, there shouldn't be any candy left in the corners of the floor behind the beds. While I understand these might be bug traps, one had a giant letter M on it, and I don't think bug trap manufacturers label their bug poison like M&Ms to fool the bugs into eating it. A warning to travelers from out of state: Traffic is going to be an absolute nightmare.

The place was cleaner than I expected and the staff were friendly. I read online that there were roaches here and packed accordingly. When I was there, I saw 0 bugs anywhere in my room. I did find candy on the floor open behind the bed. So, to see no bugs with candy exposed means they cleared the problem. Housekeeping came to clean my room on time, and we're very persistent in getting in to clean the room. Which I believe is what helped reduce their roach problem.
