The music from the pool was playing all day and we could hear it from our suite.

The kitchen was well stocked making cooking very easy! Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

The lifts were broken the whole time we were there so we had to carry our bags up the flights of stairs.

We loved the pool, the staff, the super comfy beds, pool towels, pool table, great space for the whole family!

Great unit with main bedroom, double sofa bed in living room, kitchen area and dining table for 4. Essentially a small flat with a balcony, walking distance from the Strip. Great value. Friendly staff. Nice swimming pool, with organised family activities if wanted. Much more low key, family friendly and easy to use than a mega-hotel in Las Vegas.

I wish that it was a shuttle available to the airport which is really close. And though our suite was clean, I always go over and wipe things down and sweep I'm glad I did. I guess. The guest prior/ worker dropped glass in the kitchen area n I stepped on it and cut my foot. But it wasn't bad. I still had a beautiful stay.

I like the location, concierge is on point. everything is clean, all of the staff is so polite. the pool area with the DJ & the hot tub is a plus and The bar is a conversation area to meet with the other guess and also order some gd food the bartender really knows how to make a drink. I enjoyed celebrating my 50th birthday.

I left 4 stars because one night we were walking the strip all day (14 miles of walking my watch recorded) and then we walk across the street going back to the resort and we walked around the back (building 4) and our keys didn't work. So had to walk all the way back to the front to the office. And then the lady didn't really offer any explaination....she just stated the card was "expired" and that it wasn't my fault. I felt dumbfounded because of course it's not my fault. We paid for the week. So it should work every day. Also, half way through the week, the elevator stopped working. AND we were on the 3rd floor. So we walked all day and then 3 flights of stairs 🙄😬 So those were the only inconveniences we experienced. And she didn't really apologize or act like it didn't happen all the time.

It's basically a furnished apartment! They have kitchen utensils and pans. And was just like renting out an air b&b but more convenient because there's staff on site. There's a pool, but it's pretty small and was full every day of the week we stayed.

Saying every room has a balcony was a stretch. Our room had sliding doors that opened into an area facing a wall with 2 loud a/c units blasting hot air at us so the area was unusable.

Excellent stay at Desert Rose Resort. It was very pleasant to come back to this quiet place after a day or an evening out in Las Vegas. Well situated on the strip.

Great location, just a block back from the hustle of the strip. We were treated to a 2 bedroom apartment that had everything we could possibly want, it was nice to have a bit of space for the family to spread out. Great pool area and the staff were so friendly and helpful

Housekeeping didn’t happen once in the four days we were there. Not sure if we needed to request it but it was not mentioned when checking in.

The hotel was close to the strip but at the quieter end. So it was perfect. The hotel was clean, modern, had all the amenities. And the staff were very helpful, polite and helpful.

The main road was extremely noisy. Ask for a suite at the back.

Maybe the fact the elevator was broken and that we had to take the stairs outside to go up was a bit annoying. The A/C was also a bit confusing, it did not always turn on/off as expected.

Very nice, modern room. Location is at the beginning of the strip. It is a little 10 min walk to get to Excalibur, but not too bad. Very good value for money!

There was a sewerage smell as you walk out of the lobby which was a bit unpleasant but probably can't be helped. It didn't affect our trip. I was firm with the time share pitch and didn't to go to the "welcome meeting" which would have taken up precious holiday time. They were surprised I was absolutely not interested but didn't get bothered again about it. Bear in mind the derelict tropicana is next door but again this didn't affect our trip

Staff we all super lovely. Christina who checked us in was especially great. Pool is really nice. We also enjoyed table tennis and the pool table. Good location and not a busy casino hotel if that's what you're after. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room was perfect for what we needed, well stocked kitchen. Sofa bed in lounge was big and comfortable. Laundry facilities excellent. Loved using the bbq to cook steaks for our evening meal. Wristband keys that you get from the timeshare desks are great and very handy. Would definitely recommend and would go back. Very good value for money
