Great amenities with the swimming pools amd barbecue area. Staff was always very responsive and their communication system via text message very efficient.

The carpet felt a little old but nothing sliders couldn’t remedy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful- the text system made things super easy. Special thanks to Linda who kept checking in on us! Location is a little away from the strip but was super easy to travel via Lyft (even easier if you drive). Facilities also very good!

The air conditioning unit was right by the bed of the second bedroom…..on and off all night, my in laws complained it disturbed their sleep a bit;

The handrail up to our room was metal 🔥That's fine but it can't be used. If you have any mobility issues or an injury, you should request the ground floor, depending on the weather forecast.

The staff was incredibly friendly and gracious and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, everything in the room was in good repair and immaculate. (To be honest, I thought it was a tad overpriced until after a day I realized how very clean everything was.) There is plenty of covered parking. The air conditioning works great. The kitchen has enough tools and appliances for cooking or rewarming. There is a Keurig machine in the common area between the pool & registration (but also drip coffee in the room). Closet space, luggage racks, hangers ... you're all set. There isn't daily housekeeping but the room has a dishwasher and a broom with dustpan for tidying. Also, you can gather all your towels into a bag and call for an exchange np! There is a Walgreen's and a Starbucks at the end of the block in one direction, a filling station with a small grocery market, then three other filling stations, within one block. You can fill up and get snacks on the way out of town, np!

That I had asked for a down stair unit due to family being disabled who could not walk up stairs and they had to be carried.very difficult situation your staff needs to make sure the facility is notified. This isn’t the first time and nothing got done that time either very upset with booking.

We have stayed there a handful of times now, and it seems like they are not doing much to maintain the upkeep. It gets worse every time we return. It is a "resort," so one would imagine, especially while carrying the infamous "HILTON" name, it would be a mini version of luxury. However, the floors are lifting, the walls have very bad patch work, almost every single switch plate cover in every room was cracked. There is a wire hanging from the ceiling, and ran thru the door frame, with ugly clips holding it up and painted over. The couch in the living area is a pull out couch, and had huge stains. Understandably, it is a light grey color, but still gross. They used to have essentials to be able to do some light cooking and baking. We had a 2 bed/2 bath suite, and there were 8 small bowls, 6 small plates and 10 large plates, 1 large pot, 1 small pot, 1 small frying pan and a strainer. The rooms have built in laundry, which is very helpful, but our dryer didn't work, and of course we didn't find that out until after we had washed our clothes. We were able to resolve that issue rather quickly, but always check the dryer before washing your clothes. They also have removed all the "hotel sized" toiletries, and there is 1 large bottle for all to share in the shower with body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, which we didn't hate, as it does help with the single use plastic, however, we are unsure if the next guest will be "forced" to use the same bottles?

The staff is amazing, and now they have a new system where you can text the property if you need anything from housekeeping, or if you need any additional supplies and they text you back very quickly and are super helpful! You can even do express checkout, by texting them and letting them know you have left, rather than having to wait in the lobby! We love that the whole property is gated, and after 5pm, the gates lock, and you can only get in if you have a key. It feels very safe. The parking spots are "big enough" for 2 trucks to be parked next to each other and still have room to get out without hitting each others doors. They now offer streaming on the living area TV, which is nice, but you have to jump thru a lot of hoops to get to it. They also have fast, free wifi.

We booked this accommodation based on it being described as having a free shuttle service to and from The Strip on an evening. When we arrived, we were told that they stopped providing this service last year. This was disappointing and meant we had to pay extra for parking by using our car to get there or paying for Ubers. If we had known this, we would not have chosen this property. However the property itself was fantastic

We had a 2 bed 2 bathroom suite. It was huge. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and everything you would need. We had full laundry facilities in the suite too. The pool area was great. Free cold fresh water and coffee making facilities in lobby great.

It was really clean and there was everything we needed It was a peaceful area but markets and Walgreens are in 5-10 minutes, and the gas station is very next And we were able to contact with the staff by Text The staffs were very nice and helpful The housekeeping was great We really enjoyed our vacation here we’ll definitely come back here.

Everything! All staff were exceptional and accommodating. As women, we felt safe knowing this was a gated facility and needing a key to have entry. Housekeeping checked in everyday via text, which was great as we didn't need much.

The room looked clean, but when you wiped things, it wasn’t clean. The tub was dirty too. I also did not like being called and confronted with constant requests to see their property and hear the timeshare talk.

The gym and pool were very nice. I also appreciated that they had covered parking areas. The room was spacious and the location was good for the price. You can cheaply Uber to the strip and other places if you don’t want to use or have a car.
