Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We’re currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil, and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe floors were very dirty, don’t walk on them in bare feet. The water pressure in the shower was a little bit too much, and made it so that if you were trying to shower, you eventually ended up standing in about 3 to 4 inches of water, the drain had a very hard time getting rid of the water. The walls were very thin, and it sounded like there was a major domestic dispute going on in the room just next to us. The parking lot was teeny tiny, making it very difficult to get out.
Honestly, the only pleasant thing was the lady that checked my wife and I in.

United States of AmericaAlot. First of all, i reserved a room for 2 days. We got a late start of an 8 hour trip to this property. When i called to tell them know we were gonna be there they told me that their office closed and we wouldnt be able to check in until 9am. And because i paid for the room and booked it online i wasnt gonna be able to get a refund on that first day rental. So we had to waste hours before we could check in. When we got there, there was no one in office because of so called remodeling (that i didnt see) so we had to go to a different property to get the keys. Finally getting into our room, in the bathroom there was 3 dead cockroaches. We cleaned them out. And when we woke up the next morning, there was another really big, belly up dead cockroach that wasnt there when we went to sleep. During the night the other people (residents or guests) were outside being kinda loud. The parking lot was super tight to drive in and out of (one way with no outlet)and the pool was drained. I guess until 2025.
I liked that it was a reasonable price.

United States of America1. Location isn't the greatest, but didn't have any problems. 2. Would have liked to have a coffee maker. 3. Would have liked an ice machine on the premises. 4. The parking lot is U shaped around the pool, so it's a little tight around the bend if you have someone coming and going at the same time. However, parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces for occupants.
The rooms have been updated with ceramic tile and floors. The bed was comfortable. Room had a vintage chest of drawers and armoire, a large flat screen TV, a microwave, and a full-size fridge, rather than the typical mini fridges often found in hotels. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. Would have been nice if a coffee maker or ice machine was available. However, there was a beverage vending machine on the premises, as well as a pool and outdoor chairs. The air conditioner worked well - had no need to try the heater. The area isn't the greatest, but we felt safe and secure enough in our room. The room and property were quiet, even though it was located on busy Fremont Street and was nearly occupied to capacity. Never heard any traffic noise, doors slamming, yelling, general loudness of people coming and going, etc. Decor had a playful retro feel with snow boards, water skis, and skateboards adorning the walls. The staff was efficient, courteous, and friendly. It's an older hotel, but the upgrades are nice.

United States of AmericaArea isn’t the best
Spacious room with refrigerator, we got the suite in the corner and had no issues. Area isn’t the best but no one really bothers you. Housekeeper was nice. This place has a bad rep but you get what you pay for. It’s a motel not a luxury hotel. That being said, our stay was great, very good price. Would definitely book again. Don’t be afraid to book, bed was fine and check in wasn’t bad.

United States of AmericaTerrible neighborhood, had to go to 1800 Freemont to get the key and give credit card imprint, and then we had to go 3 blocks away to check in to the property where we booked at (212 Freemont). We had to tip our Upber driver $20 to wait for us because of how many pieces of luggage we had. I'd never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Super loud all night with domestic disputes, and ambulance was outside our room for an hour, and people screaming and yelling till about 3am.
Room was clean.

United States of AmericaYou have to drive a mile up the street to another motel for check in / keys… Also they were saying something about charging $50 per every unregistered guest. Probably to deter people from throwing parties? My friend was in town so she stayed with us (me and my boyfriend) and they didn’t trip because I did tell the lady at the check in.
I actually really like this place. The inside of the hotel room is definitely better than the exterior. The empty pool and sketchy people in the parking lot are a bit intimidating, but I’m glad I didn’t care because when I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is so cute, plus the room is clean and spacious. free parking. I’ll stay here again!
